It was sometime in the 2010s when my husband Mark and I took a few days to hike up to an off-the-grid cabin. I was in the midst of intense energy flowing through me. It was not unusual for me to have back-to-back private sessions and monthly meetings where we were taught by the Angelic beings called the Elohim.

Once I put my pack on the floor and settled into my favorite place next to a window overlooking the high valley vista, I slipped into a flow of streaming light—automatic writing—and did not come out of it for the four days we were there. I came away from the mountain knowing how light I felt when writing and that I was to share the content in some way.

I’ve shared the content in workshops and through private session work over the years, but have not yet shared it in the way I felt guided to do. So, now, I’ve decided to share it here and to create a basic course around the concepts — so here we go! I would love to hear your feedback as I share incrementally.

Living the Miracle: Nine Steps to Living in the Flow of Grace

Introduction

We are living in an unprecedented time where radical change is taking place all around us. It’s not uncommon to get drawn into events that can leave us wondering about our sense of safety or disturb our inner peace. We are also experiencing events that inspire us and leave us with a lasting sense of awe and wonderment.

The flow of love and joyousness is inherent within us, but how can we see or know what is ours to do when we are so laden with burden, the kind of burden that finds us feeling powerless, defensive or emotionally drained from events seemingly beyond our immediate control?

Even the most ardent student of life gets off track or can fall into the pit of despair when adversity strikes. How to use the material

Most—if not all—of these concepts will be easy to grasp, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself resisting the change as you work the steps. My only suggestion is to stay open and to lead with your curiosity. If you allow yourself to let down your guard, you will discover a whole new world of choices. That’s the real benefit of self-inquiry. Knowledge is a powerful thing, but easily forgotten. Once you gain a deeper wisdom derived from direct knowing, you’ll never forget it. This direct knowing is where lasting transformation comes from.

What you are looking for in this is to embody the wisdom of your heart. You are bound to realize inner changes from this process. Allow them to rattle you. There is no change without at least a little chaos. If you find yourself forcing the change, stop. The one thing that trips up most people is impatience, and impatience has nothing at all to do with the heart of who you are. Take your time. Be kind to yourself, and be as honest as you dare. You are the only one who will see what you discover about yourself. That’s all that matters in this process anyway.

Finally, the process of transformation is designed to open you up so that more joy can flow into your life. You’ll know you are in that higher river when you find yourself reacting to a delightful surprise that has caught you off guard, and you smile, or even let out a giggle. Over time, you’ll find yourself navigating through all your life adventures this way. Let’s get started, shall we?

Session #117: May 2, 2026 / Audio Transcript:

CAROL: I thought it would be an interesting dynamic to actually speak the message for everyone this month instead of writing. Writing has its own feeling to it that moves through my system. So the intention is a message that may benefit the highest good of all who will receive this message for the forthcoming month, or for the times that we’re in, in terms of the energetic and/or global patterning that’s playing out.

These are the Elohim, the guides, the master teachers. There are a few beings coming in on my right side that have been with me for a while now, helping me to understand how unfolding events are reshaping the tenor of the human race. Those are the cosmic influences that came in with the 3-I / Atlas. I feel that they are here. It’s as if beings that were on that light ship got off the ship and said, “We’ll come and serve. We’ll hang out for a while for those who want us to be here.” So they really are here by permission. I guess I’m connecting with them because I’ve just set an intention for the collective highest expression. So they’re not necessarily here personally for me — I’ve just called them in. Others must be calling them in as well. They’re saying yes.

Speaking of humanity,

GUIDES: you are at a gateway moment in your evolution.

The awarenesses that guide the human race are helping to open the heart to a higher way — a higher vibrational way. This higher vibrational way is: do no harm. For all the blustering of warmongering that is happening currently by your fearless leader, he is regressing into his infancy, his teenagehood, if you will, where visions of grandeur and being the savior of all has influenced his inner beingness. There are many forces on the planet that are attempting to rebalance the power dynamics of this earthen plane, and yet there is a breakthrough moment that has already occurred. It is through the repositioning of the power dynamics — from good/bad, right/wrong, angelic or evil — to accomplishment, merit, merit bonding, merit-based learning. The “work hard, get ahead” ethic is being restored. There are many who shall come into the awareness of life as it is in this — they’re saying — a prayer offering a preponderance of evidence that God is real.

CAROL: Even though the beings of light on this planet and in the planetary grid system are communicating with the beings of light that had come here long ago — these are the Lemurians that are holding sacred space in areas like Hawaii and the Northern Territories and others — those weather modifications and the fires are trying to destroy the light in that area and take over an entire swath of energetic terrain, if you will, to create bunkers and vast land masses where there are many, many fewer people to contend with.

I can feel these very wealthy people creating these huge estates with boundaries around them where others are not allowed to go. In a way, they’re trying to chase what they perceive as the minions out and away from the islands, to have a sanctuary unto themselves. They are preparing for something very dramatic to happen in this world, and they’re still working on population reduction — and yet they’re really unhappy.

The sanctity of life is being valued. It’s a very strange energy that I’m getting here. It’s almost as if there’s a faction of the human race that believes they are God and have the right to control others. And yet there’s a greater, greater blossoming of humanity that knows that we are all one, and that all life is to be honored. There’s a razor’s edge determination between: are you a maniac who thinks you are better than others? Or are you staying humble and honoring your heart of hearts? Even individuals who believe that they’re on the right side of this whole evolutionary process have hatred in their hearts, because they’re hating the other side — the “emperor with no clothes” kind of dynamic, pointing out what’s wrong with someone else without recognizing that even that projection of hatred, of wrongdoing, means they have actually become consumed by it.

It’s a tricky thing when you see what’s happening in the world and feel compelled to do something about it without allowing the darkness to reach the inner reaches of your heart. So they’re saying humanity is coming out of that period, and the coming out of it is empowerment — self-empowerment, sovereignty. It’s recognizing that we each are a sovereign being and that no one has the right, nor can they infringe upon our light, without our express permission. And we haven’t yet learned how to shine simply by loving and honoring one another without an enemy — a perceived enemy — at our backs or in front of us. That’s what we’re each learning: how to be in the world without hiding, without playing small, while at the same time not getting ensnared in the polarity that goes on in this world. It’s like playing a game of soccer, taking sides — but at the end of the game, you’re all friends, recognizing and singing the accolades of a job well done. On the other side of this reality, we’ll all do that. But right now, many of us are getting ensnared in the polarities, and it does consume us if we’re not careful.

I just inwardly asked, “What is the answer to that?”

GUIDES: And they’re saying: practice self-referral. Know thyself. Know what it is presenting in the moment and discern whether it’s a positive influence on your consciousness or whether it drags you down. The more that you choose what uplifts you, what inspires you, the more that creates a dynamic around you that reinforces that choice — that inner choice. Does that make sense? They’re saying that the world is radically shifting in the present moment, and like any — they’re showing me a stream with leaves and rocks and sediment — some offer up resistance to going with the flow, and yet others are like a leaf, dancing along the water. They’re saying to honor that which is presenting within you. Be willing to go with the flow — the higher frequency flow — because you can trust that. You can trust that, because it has to do with your heart of hearts.

GUIDES: Your energy system is shifting. Your DNA is activating because of these higher frequencies that have made their way into the planetary grid system. They’re saying that as we recognize this reality — this moment, this way of being on earth — is shifting and morphing and changing. They’re acknowledging to me that they have been prompting me to look at the geological shifts on the earth, especially because of my connection to the coastal areas of California, having grown up there and having family there. They’re saying that what used to be the valley floor between Mount Shasta, the Northern California area, and Hawaii is opening up again. The ocean floor, the tectonic plates in that area, are shifting because of the Earth’s wobble effect, because magnetic North is shifting. The earth is adjusting. So what was a valley floor without an ocean eons ago is shifting now, and you’ll see that the land mass will give way to the ocean, and the ocean will become more dynamic for a time. But the land mass will begin to shift in the way that I’ve seen in visions — the central coast of California becoming an inland sea. It’s water seeping up from far below the crust of the earth. As these shifts in the ocean take place, it’ll be quite a phenomenon. Some will call it a disaster, but it’s actually a natural evolution of the earth.

They’re saying that the dynamics of earth changes have been going on since the very beginning, before time itself. Our history is minuscule compared to the Earth’s history, and we are simply to appreciate our time here upon the planet. The planet is shifting and morphing, and the inner stability is quite significant. There’s no breaking apart or disaster occurring for the earth. She’s just stretching and moaning and shifting according to the cosmic energies that are shaping her existence.

They’re saying, as you recognize this awareness, to go forth with great exuberance and expectancy for the new Earth. Communities are being birthed. The Lemurians and the Inner Earth beings have been holding space for the structures of the crystalline communities for eons, and the gateways — cosmic gateways — are opening. The stargates from our Star Elders are attempting to help us evolve through the shifting of the frequencies in the planetary grid system.

They’re saying — to me — that they’re aware that I’m wobbling about taking such a trip, going such a distance across the earth to place my physical form in the atmosphere of the heavenly mountain area. They’re saying that the awarenesses of my past life from before must be cleared before I take that trip, so that I don’t fall into the trap of the karmic bonding that often happens when past life remembrances occur. They’re saying: you must liberate yourself from that time, that awareness, from being in that part of the world.

They’re saying, as you recognize in this awareness, that the oppressed people of that era have already incarnated, and you are proof positive that that is true. The children being born into the planetary grid system at this time have benefited from that awareness of austerity and perseverance, and they carry that within them now. These reincarnational cycles are a sort of building of character, if you will — learning about the various tendencies of human nature to oppress one another. They’re saying that, as you recognize now, this is the time for freedom. This is the time for honoring that which has been liberated. The souls preparing to come into the planetary grid system are fully liberated because of the incarnational cycles that so many have experienced and have, by agreement, been through — and have done their inner work.

They’re saying, as you recognize in this awareness, this now applies to everyone: the time of liberation is at hand. Simply honor thyself. Honor the way forward. Remain in the upper echelons of joyousness and know that all is well.

CAROL: So it’s not as though we are cycling — we are spiraling. Not only are we spiraling, but they’re showing me geysers, energies of geysers, totally uplifting. And in our human nature, people perceive that as: it’s time to power down and die. But in a light being’s body, it’s the time to activate and to power up. So they’re saying to honor that — honor the light being within us, to power up. As we do that, the upper, higher frequency grid systems are available to us, the higher consciousness patterns. And to go forth with great joy and exuberance and expectancy for all things to come, because it’s a grand adventure to be here, online, on planet Earth at this time. You don’t have to go far — just watch the little babies coming in. They’re so incredibly joyous and gifted. All is well.

NEM #116: April 20, 2026 | The New Earth Matrix Series / Audio transcript:

CAROL: Hello, everyone. I’ve been watching all of you come on in. I feel like we’re all playing together a lot lately, so that’s fantastic. I hope you’re doing well and ready to set your intention for this session.

So here we are. Let’s ,take a moment and take a deep breath. I’m very curious about what’s going to come through tonight. I feel deeply peaceful after having taken a really nice afternoon rest from running errands and so forth. Hopefully this will be like a beautiful meditation, and we’ll see what comes through.

As you know, your intention drives the session as we connect. Those of you who are taking the Subtle Body Communication class with me will be tracking the energies yourself and receiving your own impressions as we all do — but even more so, attuned to the frequencies that are going to come through tonight.

So let’s just take a moment. Focus on your third eye, your heart, the palms of your hands, and set up the intentional field for that which is of our highest collective and individual expression, and to bring in any frequencies that carry calm and peace. I feel like we have just gone through a fairly major gateway into self-empowerment. It’s kind of a strange feeling — sort of like walking through Jell-O into a different kind of energetic terrain.

Getting unstuck from things gently. So take a moment, drop into the field, and set your intention. As you’re doing that, I’m holding space, and the energy is already starting to come in.

I just asked the guides internally: What do we need to know, as a force of light, here in present moment? I know for me, and I see Tony’s in the session with us — she and I have both been researching Kazakhstan on both the energetic and logistics level. I’m learning a lot about that part of the world, about the land and the people. It’s like anything: when you start to project your energy into the future and begin looking and seeing different things, that begins to change not only you, but what you’re interacting with.

Hopefully, as we are all going through these monthly communions with higher realm beings, we are being enlivened with higher bandwidths of frequency as we take in the information and the frequency.

With that, I’ll take a listen. If you have any intentions, please let me see them in the chat. Otherwise, I’m going to pay attention. My little screen just went blank, so I’m not going to touch it again. Hopefully, everybody can still see me.

So these are the master teachers and guides. They’re saying that as we recognize the reality of life and living, the waveform of 2042 has just come upon us as a collective. We are seeing our way through the maze — through the awareness of that which was before, that which is, and that which is becoming.

They’re saying that as we recognize this awareness, many of us are receiving higher vibrational guides — new wayshowers, if you will. The master teachers are still very present. They’re saying that as we recognize the reality of our life and living, as we shall go and see and fully orchestrate the changes that shall come our way, we shall begin to come into a waveform of light and wisdom where the adamantine particles — the consciousness particles that comprise us as individuals and as a collective — we will begin to understand what shape shifting is all about.

Shape shifting in the highest waveform is about life as life — life before life, and life after life.

They’re saying the soul, the essence of a soul prior to an incarnation, portends a death of sorts. There is an understanding, a waveform of light that envelops the soul. There’s a well-wishing, a preparation — a time of preparation in the upper worlds and the viewing room. There’s a decision, a focus on the decision to incarnate: when, where, and under what circumstances.

And then, as a collective — they’re showing me thousands upon thousands of souls, like the pollen from the trees blowing in the wind — as we begin to incarnate, our waveform and the adamantine particles begin to shift and morph. Then we have that period of gestation time, let’s say, when we decide whether this is really where we want to be, and how we want to be in this world.

We have a choice. They’re saying we have a choice all along the way. But once we start to merge and become a part of human nature, the feeling of the intensity of the decision that a soul will have made begins to merge with the decisions made prior to the incarnation.

They’re saying that as we move along in these frequencies, we are being gifted with the transmutations of many different waveforms of light — many different qualities of frequencies that help us understand not just the God consciousness that we are, but how to manifest, how to bring our higher vision reality into being upon this planet.

They’re saying it wasn’t until about the late 1920s into the ‘30s that souls began to incarnate for the express purpose of beginning to understand manifested reality — the power of the soul to manifest through human consciousness. And now we are in that waveform, in that we time, where we have been born or birthed from souls infused with that wisdom and knowledge. We are in a time of great manifestation and understanding.

It’s becoming more of a practice — for some of us, a second nature. We’ve already moved through that plodding-along feeling: the learning, the stepping, the sense of moving through thick mud to reach an understanding that is inherently who we are and what we are.

They’re saying the gateways that are opening — many souls are exercising their choice, have exercised their choice, and are exercising their choice in present moment — because the frequency of the planetary grid system is shifting dramatically once again. It’s soft, it’s gentle, and yet it’s swift — an awareness almost capable of taking our breath away with the magnificence of the waveform.

They’re saying that as we recognize this awareness of our life and living, as we begin to identify our essence with our form and our form with our essence — and begin to understand that as beings of light walk among us (which they actually already are, but we begin to see that in our reality) — it is as if the flashing universe: what was not before becomes present within us. We begin to recognize that masters walk among us, and that many of us are masters walking among the masses.

All this means is that we are mastering the elements. We understand the natural world. We are making peace with what it looks and feels like to be in form. And we are beginning to understand and travel along the telluric lines and the ley lines of this Earth grid system — electromagnetic in nature, magnetic in character. Magnetics is a very important piece of our present-future, because we’re beginning to understand the amplitudes of potential in the use of magnetic therapy, magnetic energy production, waveform for bending light, and time travel.

The time travel machines now being employed that are non-destructive are built with magnetics. And they’re saying that as we recognize this awareness, our body is essentially magnetic.

(Taking a sip of water here — being reminded that water is very magnetic.)

They’re saying that as we recognize the awareness of our life and living, as we shall go and shall see and shall fully orchestrate the changes that shall come our way — we shall understand: all is quite well.

That’s very interesting, because I was having trouble holding that transmission. I couldn’t tell where it was actually trying to take me or what it was trying to show me. In reality, after I was able to close my eyes and allow more of the frequency to flow through, it’s sort of like — it doesn’t matter what I’m really saying. What matters is I’m allowing the frequency to flow through.

What they’re showing me is a tremendously beautiful outpicturing of what the Earth Kingdom looks like in our future. This is not far in the future.

(I’m just internally asking how far.)

Yes — they’re saying we shall not allow for nuclear holocaust. We shall not allow the warmongers to destroy this planetary system. You must command the forces of light.

What they’re showing me — and we are in a merged timeline — is that the warmongering going on right now with all of the explosives and missiles carries the potentiality to escalate. There is a possibility for some — how do you say — some misguided individual to put forth the belief that the need to be right is more important than the ecosystem of the world and the people in it.

These are not the usual players, if you will. We don’t know these players. These feel like off-planet beings to me, influencing the weak-minded, the weak-hearted, the faint-hearted. The matrix of light from embodied ones cannot point to a single centralized leader or grouping of leaders. They’re saying the most off-balance, insidious actions among us have not been committed by those who are out front and center. It’s always by the energy — the shadow, the underbelly, the inverted light — that influences that kind of behavior. There is a magnetic pull that brings about this kind of implosion of light, and it is an implosion of light, though not the way we might think about it.

They’re saying that we — speaking of all of us and light groups around the world — are not to push our energy to thwart such a dynamic. We are to open our energy systems like a flower and live the path, walk the path of our collective highest expression of our future. The inversions of light shall unwind themselves as those among us begin to understand the awareness of the heart of humanity combined with the star races. The star races are seeking unification.

This is a far bigger picture than what we think. They’re saying: let go of the tightness of your mind and recognize that the unification of the star races is at hand. This is eons in the making, and the Earth is the playground — the focal point for which these dynamics were decided to come back together in Oneness.

The various star races sent their emissaries. I’m getting an image of gladiators being sent into the ring to fight it out so that the people don’t have to bludgeon each other to death. They fight it out; in some cases, they fight to the death. And then it became very perverted. But they’re saying that in today’s world, the dynamic of someone needing to be right at the expense of the whole planetary system shall not stand.

It is the light groups around the world — the embodied ones, as we recognize our power to manifest — this is how this all threads together. To manifest a completely different dynamic. And they’re saying it’s almost as if — and there are those among us who understand how to clean up toxic waste, how to clean up radioactivity, how to convert the plastic in the oceans, how to reverse the damage that’s been done to our environment, how to clean up the pollution of the mind. The airwaves, as we are experiencing, are tremendously polluted. The very waveforms through which we’re communicating here, for instance — as benign as this might feel and as magical as it is — are changing the environment. How could they not?

They’re saying that there shall come a day where we shall no longer need these devices, because our heart of hearts — as we project and begin to travel through the light tunnels and understand that there is a communication system already present and always has been present — except for a time when the warring factions of these star tribes blocked communication and put Earth in a quarantine — the Earth herself is opening up.

New souls are coming into the planet. They are preparing to come in. The precursors of the great waves of philosophers and scientists — carrying codes of light to help humanity fully awaken and to cause the self-regeneration of the Earth’s ecosystem — are preparing to enter the Earth plane. This shall be triggered by our capacity to command the forces of light.

They’re saying we are to deeply listen to what is ours to do and to be in this state of awareness. There shall be many. I’m hearing the Order of Melchizedek as one of them. Kuthumi’s influence is quite another. And of course, the Elohim and the angelic beings that minister to the masses shall be on the ready.

They’re saying that as we recognize the awareness of our life and living, we shall move and do the dance of life in a way that shall be with ease and grace.

They’re saying that as we recognize the reality of this moment in time, we have this intense period of time that we perceive as time. I feel like I — and I can only speak for myself — have just passed through that sort of gelatinous magnetic pull on my system, and I’m coming out of that. And the whole of humanity — those of us who are in that space of awareness and extricating ourselves from the mass hysteria, from the sense that the sky is falling, that the world is not of our choosing and is coming apart at the seams because of the sociopathic tendencies of human beings controlled by a very different kind of star species — those who want to greatly reduce the Earth’s population and continue to dumb down consciousness and cause frenetic energy to generate fear — which is apparently quite a compelling frequency — and which also subjugates the masses and causes sheer terror. That is a thought form. That is a way of creating that has been on this planet for eons, and that is what’s leaving. That is the whole awakening process: we are One, we are God consciousness manifesting, and we are sovereign beings of light.

When we recognize that, our rescue mission is no longer a rescue mission. We are not here as a rescue mission. And yet we are to honor the children.

The innocence of a child is what is so much at stake. There is an entire understanding that the children of this world must be brought back into balance, protected, their innocence preserved, and brought up in an environment where they are not drugged and have chemicals put into their bodies. They are to be in nature. Their God-given consciousness — as the masters embodied walking that they indeed are — must have the best opportunity to flourish.

There are many, many cultures around the world that understand this inherently. Getting more things, more technology, more bells and widgets to play with is not the answer. It only creates dependency. They’re saying we must pull away from all of that and allow the consciousness of a child to play in the woods, to be in nature — not so heavily programmed.

Because the nexus of where we are, 2026 to 2029 — that is the most chaotic, intense... how do you say it... it’s like we’ve already decided, but many people haven’t. They’re quite confused about their empowerment. And so they’re saying that as we command the forces of light forward into right alignment with our heart of hearts, the star races seeking unification and seeking to upshift the waveform — it’s like we’re already there. We’re already on the other side.

It is the magnification of the light, the awareness of that which is standing in the zero point, staying in the zero point, staying neutral and positive — as all things are to be in balance.

They’re showing me this symbol behind me. When one part of the sacred geometry of the whole grid system is out of balance, the whole system feels it. We’re all feeling the wobble effect in one way or another. And yet at the same time, the bulk — the whole — of humanity is primarily in balance. The parts that are out of balance feel grossly so only because the whole of humanity is, on the soul level, truly in balance.

There is an inherent Oneness. Souls coming in have not fallen into slumber — they’re not asleep. They’re quite aware of what is occurring in the world and what their choice is. The percentage choosing to stay asleep shall go by the way of an alternate dream, an alternate slumber, and shall be carried along. They’re showing me a beautiful angelic being — made of gossamer wings — carrying a little one across the threshold. The little one is just peacefully asleep, not even aware that something in the world is not right. That is the choice of the soul being exercised.

They’re saying it’s very important that when we witness the events of the world, we recognize that the soul has made a choice, is making a choice — and to honor that choice for each and every individual. The dynamics of our world are dramatic right now, and they’re going to get even more dramatic on many fronts. The more we hold to what we desire to experience, the more directly we move through this.

They’re showing me a waveform like an airplane taking off and heading for the skies, while at the same time the subterfuge strains to come into alignment with the forward movement of humanity.

Again, this is not a timeline per se. This is a natural evolutionary shift being experienced because of the star elders coming into our galactic neighborhood, making their presence known to more and more of us.

They’re saying that we shall recognize many more aberrations — visions, knowings — and that the concepts of mental health and mental wellness, emotional wellness, shall become things of the past. We will stop naming psychosis as such. We will begin to understand that human consciousness is being hard-wired in a very different way, and that the solutions are vibrational — frequency-based approaches to health and wellness.

The human race is catching up very quickly — through visitations, through understanding, through those who have gone to the other side and made the choice to come back and tell others that it is safe, that there is hope and promise in the story of the human race.

And yet we, as beings of light, are here to impact change. We’re here to change and transform human consciousness — as we are embodied, as we are coming into a very strong state of homeostasis within ourselves.

And I’m recognizing — this is a very impetuous, teenage kind of energy of a light being here, wanting to come in, wanting to feel what it feels like to be human. It’s like a grasshopper — very energetic. Sorry about that. I guess it’s a demonstration that consciousness is really very permeable. The projection of thought — and especially intention — to be embodied and to be of the light as one is of the light, to take on any shape and form as one wishes.

This brings me back to their opening statements about the consciousness particles, the adamantine particles. As we upshift in frequency and our body-mind continuum begins to integrate and catch up with what is and what is presenting, it is an activation sequence of the body-mind proper that needs to power down, to find rest and restitution as the work is being done — deep rests for the dream state, for the rewiring of brain function, to come into strong awareness of the changing spectrum of color on this planet, and to spend time in nature as your best way to allow the body-mind consciousness to catch up and to accept.

It’s like waking up from a dream state and recognizing that what you were dreaming was a dream, and that the morning you’ve awakened to is the reality — but in this case, the dream state you’re being connected to and carried toward is the reality. What you wake up to is the dream state. Metaphorically, it is the choice you make: to live in the way that holds on to past perceptions and beliefs about the world, or to embrace the reality of what each moment brings.

They’re saying that as you recognize the awareness of life and living, it is not a matter of praying for peace. It is a matter of becoming peace, embodying peace. It’s not a matter of wishing for a different outcome — it’s a matter of living in that different outcome. It’s not a matter of waiting for a leader to say or do something. It’s a matter of you saying and doing, in whatever way is yours, recognizing that the adamantine particles on a collective consciousness level — the dots are already connecting.

Many of us begin to believe that our concepts and ideas about this life are unique, separate, and that no one would understand. But in reality, because we’re not allowing ourselves to fully embody that — it’s like we’ve taken half a breath and have yet to take a full breath — we have yet to recognize that not only is our sense of the world not unique, it is a common feeling people are coming to: that the world has shifted, that the past is no longer the present, that reality is morphing and shifting, and that we are stepping into what was once perceived as the future.

To the point that by the time we get into the next phase of this morphing phenomena, we will not have a memory of what came before. It’ll feel familiar — distant, but familiar — yet we just can’t recall what was before. That’s because from a frequency standpoint, that world has been diminished. It’s dissolving. The thought forms that created that world, the adamantine particles that constituted the world of before, are no longer. They are changing.

Even as you remember back to the past, you’re not going to be able to recall those more frenetic frequencies, because they’re not going to be there. They’re flushing through the consciousness field as we speak. Those who are, quote-unquote, terrorized by what they see or experience are souls making the decision that it is indeed time to upshift into a different form. And so — once they make that decision, off they go.

They’re saying that as we recognize this awareness of our life and living — know that all is quite well.

I’d like to explain some of what I’m seeing as this energy is presenting. I’m speaking as a through, and you’re noticing my throat closing up because my human nature is reacting to what I’m seeing. It’s a contrast. It’s real life. It’s a future-and-present outpicturing of what I see and what I could point to, for instance, in the news and in present moment — and the potential direction of where things may go. They’re saying: this is what your human consciousness does. Hence my throat. It’s like I’m resisting. I don’t want to see those things. I don’t want to go there.

And yet what they’re saying is that is all part of the body-mind’s ability to integrate that energy, that frequency.

So there are a couple things happening here. One: I’m being shown the images. Two: inside of me, I’m asking — well, what do I do with that? I acknowledge it, I see it, but at the same time — again, talking about the adamantine particles, the consciousness particles — do I hold that in my system?

They’re saying: no. Breathe it out. Breathe a new way forward.

So in the moment I am connecting with those images, as this speaking takes place — in that moment, once I understand it, I have a choice to make a different choice. So instead of focusing on what is, because it is a was — it’s a past — I am to focus on opening my system and allowing myself to breathe in a very different waveform.

I don’t know if this is making sense to you, but it’s like seeing something very tragic and heartbreaking and, in that moment, springing into action. I’m seeing an image of a car wreck. You come upon it — it’s just happened. You’re shocked. And at the same time you spring into action. You’re guided to either stay still and say a prayer, to spread light, or to go and be of help.

And then — with all the action that may take place, or simply staying and being present — it’s the aftermath. The aftermath of what you experienced. Those are all energies. Even though you might have been in shock, you might have felt a surreal energy guiding you — your body’s consciousness still has to integrate what it witnessed.

That’s really what’s happening with humanity right now, and with all of us, when we see images, when we have an experience, when we witness something.

My teacher used to always say: if you even see a violent act, or a thought, or hear someone say something terrible or mean — it is happening to you, because you have shared space. The awareness is not to block it, but to bless it, to bless what’s happening and to ask for an intervention, to ask for help, and to ask: what is mine to do?

And then, as that waveform washes through the body’s consciousness — because the body’s consciousness is what’s housing all of this — we have the capacity within us to clear, to clear the frequencies. Just me talking about this and actively feeling my body and willing the frequencies to flow through me — that’s what’s happening now in present moment.

They’re saying this is a microcosm of the waveform they’re talking about, the one we’re in right now. And they’re saying it’s not meant to harm us. It’s meant to teach us how to manifest — how our consciousness as a soul, when we first incarnate, adapts to the human condition.

And here we are. We’re on the other side of our lives, in the sense that we’ve had lots of practice in life, we’ve experienced so much, and we have the master elements — the Elohim, the master teachers, the etheric beings guiding us, and nature to envelop us. We are here as masters walking, making decisions about how we wish to manifest our consciousness on Earth.

They’re saying: you have no idea how powerful you are. You have been given the keys to the Kingdom, and you have unlocked five of these keys within yourself. Now we are inviting you to walk through the master gateways that unlock the cycle of death and rebirth in this planetary system, and to choose to express life into life form, into a higher state of awareness. The manifestation of the cities of light, for instance, are already on this Earth, and they have been held in abeyance for you — speaking of all of us — to embody, to embrace.

I’m hearing words on my left side, a little bit on my right, in a cacophony of song:

You are in your master’s house. You are in your father’s house. And we are here together — here to learn, here to be. We are protected in this. As we walk, as our father instructs us and our mother guides us, loves us, and honors us, we remember ourselves — souls coming from varying planetary systems, here to unify, to unify the star races within us.

And we are doing this through one family — one family of humanity — recognizing that we have various cultures and regions we’ve been born into, that we seemingly look different on the outside, but within us we are hard-wired to love and to be loved. Many of us have been bruised and battered and separated. But that code inside of us — like a salmon swimming back to its birthplace to spawn and grow new life — we all carry that great seed of light. And it is here to blossom and to grow.

Humanity, in a way, is being squeezed vibrationally, because we are here and we are birthing into a much higher waveform of light, higher intelligence, higher consciousness. We are understanding that we don’t have to go hide in a cave and meditate for fifty years to become enlightened and walk the Earth. We are in form and we are here to manifest through our form and imbue light everywhere with great compassion.

They’re saying we are here to receive the children — children from star races that have been waiting to come and have their turn at the human condition, to begin to act as world servers. Many of these children are prophets from before. It’s almost as if a new reincarnational cycle is beginning in a much different kind of way.

This Earth will continue to be a school of learning, but it will be a place for innovators, technologists, and those who understand the creation of new life and new thought forms in this realm of light.

And they’re saying that the individuals who wish to contract the light in a dramatic way and cause death and destruction of the human condition will not be able to sustain that frequency, because it will implode upon themselves. So, contrary to what appears on the surface — rather than blowing up parts of the world and causing the death and destruction of large swaths of people — they themselves implode, because no one will be able to contain that density in the face of planetary upshift in frequency.

They’re saying we are to hold steady, to be clear and purposeful in the way we create, and to treasure one another — to be aware of the forces of light on this planet working to help each and every one of us open to a much higher state of awareness, to be at peace, to love purely — to love self and love one another — and to look past all that wobble, that intensity, that sticky, gooey energy that tries to keep us ensnared in lower thought forms. And simply shine our light.

So with that — this teenager. I’m just asking: okay, where are you? Where are you?

Oh my gosh. Okay, I’ll describe who this being is. He feels like — the equivalent of, maybe, an 8 to 10-year-old. And he’s saying: I’m you. I’m your counterpart on the other side, and I’ve come to you. You said you wanted to play. Your intention this year is to play. I’ve come here to teach you how to play. You have no idea how to play — you forgot. You think you’re a grown-up, but you’re not really a grown-up. You’re a light. And the light gets to dance against the night sky.

He’s showing me all kinds of images of things I love to do — I love to kayak, I love to be on the water, I love to be in nature. And he’s saying: come on, let’s go play.

So there we are, everyone. I guess that’s the end of the transmission for tonight.

Let me ask you this: with the intention you’ve set for yourself and for what you’d like to better understand — let’s sit in the quiet and take in that intention. Have yourself manifesting, opening your energy system to manifest that sense of joyousness and Oneness in your life. See what kind of help arrives, and how enlivened your energy system becomes. And of course, be careful what you wish for — I feel like I’m going to giggle my way through the rest of the evening now.

So just take a moment and ask yourself: What is it that I need to know and see in this very moment? And what would I like to experience more of? In a way, your guides already know the answer to that question, but the exercise is more about bringing focus to yourself.

They’re saying yes — they’re saying it’s really important to understand the magnification of the higher frequencies of love and joyousness. Oneness is a rarified commodity on this planet. And yet the light is so bright — it’s never been brighter — which makes the darkness appear even darker. Only because the light on this planet is so much brighter than it has ever been.

If you’re getting a new guide, that is a wonderful thing. If your energy is shifting, as mine is — I feel like a bunch of jumping beans inside of me — accept the gift you are being given. It will take you into different realms, different ideas. And mostly, it will just help you feel more like yourself.

MORNING SESSION #115: April 26, 2026 / Posted April 27 / Audio transcript

Hello. Carol Fitzpatrick here. Today is Sunday, April the 27th, 2026, and I’m planning to post this recording tomorrow, Monday afternoon. So I just wanted to do a bit of an introduction, which you’ll hear as the recording begins. The guides, after Mark and I, of course, have shared all of our different updates on the world and what’s happening, and questions that we have, and so on and so forth — which you’re not going to hear. I went back and looked at the writing that came through this morning during the meditation. I’ll read it now because the guides reference it. That’s the first thing they reference, as a matter of fact. And so here’s the statement:

The era of death. Death of the old. No more awakening others to interfere with your happiness. Be aware of false prophets. And then, after that writing came through, I started asking questions about my next immediate step, which, in our community, is the one phrase or question I ask at the end of every tune-in of our collective. So it’s a natural asking of self. The writing is: You have only to believe your true nature. Be not afraid of what comes next. Allow for what is to flow forth. And of course, that feels like the very nature of life in flow mode. So here is this morning’s session. They’re saying that the writing I did earlier this morning was the message that they were conveying to me.

It’s about physical death. When I sense and feel energy transference and I don’t see a person’s patterning in the physical, I feel that they’re holding space, or I feel a dramatic shift in the frequency. There is no sense of sadness. There’s only joyfulness, expansion. And like yesterday, on the phone with our friend, I could see her standing next to him and feel her presence and her laughing joyfully. I’m good. It’s a great place to be. Easy. Easy peasy transition.

GUIDES: They’re saying that there’s a promise — a promise made for life in the physical, for light beings — that the transition is to be made with ease and grace. There is to be no hardship or pain and suffering. Simply the choice to stay or to go.

CAROL: And they’re saying that as you, me — you, whoever — decide or discern that you no longer want to be in this life, in terms of our learning, our sense of adventure, our sense of fulfilling our purpose for being here on this planet, that the moment that we make the decision or discern the choice point, life unfolds. Because the mystery of the soul is not fully understood in human terms, the soul is the decisive focal point for choice-making. That’s one of the reasons — the main reason — why they have been wanting me to impart information and download-light codes for others, to help them understand the energy transference that occurs between the higher realms and the lower realms.

They call this the lower realm, so that we can be comforted and guided by the higher rates of light. And the higher rays or higher realms are really no different in our learning. We continue to learn long past the physical experience of life on this planet. And when we also understand that energy animates everything — the God particles are the great manifestors of life — and we begin to channel these frequencies for good, for higher light, for higher understanding, the waveform of light that they’re saying, shall set our collective hearts free, shall be there en masse to help us and support us.

And these are the angelic beings of light, the master teachers, and the beings of light from other realms of consciousness that have been with us all along.

There is no difference in the awarenesses that guide us and the programming that we go through in our awareness of life as we’re brought up by our parents and society. Our educational system has traditionally been designed to keep us down in our levels of superstition, driving the force of our life force. And they’re saying that even in the educational system, traditionally, we have been trained to be dumb, to believe that we can break free of the matrix, only to be pushed down and channeled into different life experiences. It’s a rarity when someone breaks free of their own energetic stream of consciousness that they’ve been programmed to accept.

And traditionally it’s been the education — the educational system. But in reality, those who are so-called bright, who are awakened, are the ones who escape, the ones who move into different realms. And there’s an entire wave of souls in the present moment that have not only escaped, but have liberated themselves. And the economics, the dependency on how to earn — the traditional ways of earning — are shifting so radically that it’s forcing people to wake up, in a good way. It’s a wonderful thing, because they’re creating and recreating their realities and their way.

And people are naturally hardwired to love and care about one another. They’re not designed to do the dog-eat-dog, competitive “get ahead over the backs of someone else’s misery.” That’s what programming has traditionally been — to push someone else down to get ahead. And those programs, the malaise, the illusion of that, has been broken.

There’s an entire generation, starting from the kids born in the 1970s and ‘80s — they were designed, the Indigos were designed, to break the mold, to do the breakthrough of that. And many did not. And yet some did. And yet there was a timing issue. We’ve talked about this before: it feels like some of the Indigos were misplaced and branded as dysfunctional human beings — that they couldn’t quite find their place, their way of being, because the society didn’t have a place for them, couldn’t accept them.

And so they were branded as outliers, as misfits. And some of them lived up to that “misfit” and turned to drugs and alcohol and worse. And others went off the grid, found their way into life in a different way. And those are the survivors and the thrivers. They’re saying that, as we recognize in this moment, the generation beyond that bridge generation has arrived on the planet and they’re not hardwired for conformity. They’re hardwired for innovation, for allowing their imagination to be ignited by a world that they inherently know is the way it can be. And the parents of these children, because they are part of the bridge generation — the Indigos and a bit younger — they understand that maybe they weren’t able to escape the control mechanisms, but their children sure will.

And these are the ones that say no to vaccinations, will homeschool their children, will create alternative living experiences, get their children back to nature — no more artificial this or that. And these kids are not only super healthy because they’re honoring their innate way of being, their natural way of being — they’re super smart because they don’t have the usual dumbed-down controls causing them to go into severe autism and brain damage. Frankly, from what I understand, the vaccination rate is just beyond ridiculous.

And so they’ve rejected that. And so the control mechanisms that are upon that next generation — the reins, the binds, the binding ties — are loosening. And instead, it’s going over to surveillance, to controlling our thoughts and behaviors. And they’re saying that the generation now beyond that — the kids that are anywhere from 0 to 15 years old — that is the generation that’s going to carry the new world, the new world that we know, that we’ve imagined into terra firma reality, in the present moment.

And they’re saying it’s like a painting that’s being painted, going from the imagination to the sketch phase, to laying the base coat down, to the detailed versions of it — living and working. And they’re saying, going back to a simpler time is not exactly it, because life has transformed so radically. The intelligence of frequencies on the planet that are making it through those open stargates are very purposeful. And they are like rocket fuel for a young, open mind — a more elastic mind — to expand and to grasp what the world is all about. The manipulations of the time-space continuum through the different CERN-type projects, and the doomsday building of cities underground to let everybody else destroy themselves — they’re saying that that is like a history book, that we’re going to look back at those dynamics of what they have built at the expense of everyone else.

And they’re saying, yes, the population is radically reducing — that they’ve killed the best and the brightest, the athletes, the intellectuals. Now they’re going after the scientists that have foreknowledge, that have developed these systems in cooperation with the ETs that are on the planet. And the bargains, the harnessed energy solutions that have been kept away from the human race, are like the last wave of suppression — to not allow the knowledge that has been around on the planet for eons to get out, to make that available to everyone, everywhere.

The weather modifications for warfare are being destroyed and laid bare for all to see — entire populations in these regions. For whatever reason, the manipulation of the weather in Hawaii — they’re just pummeling that place to death. There’s a weather balloon that I just saw this morning that’s been circling. And God bless the people who are tracking this stuff so that they can let the rest of us know and hopefully get through these systems to stop what’s really happening and allow the earth to go back to her natural rhythm. I also saw that magnetic north is fluctuating a lot more than ever. So the Earth herself is going through her oscillation cycle. And in the meantime, the generations that are going to carry all of humanity forward are on the planet — they’re open, they’re aware, they’re very intelligent, they’re plugged into the cosmos.

And we’re understanding so much more, even through the non-verbal autistic kids. They are finally getting their intelligence out to the rest of the world, which is such a blessing. And so they’re saying that the nature of reality is timeless. Yet the human race is understanding more now — understanding that there is more to life, in terms of the molecular structure: what appears to be solid is not solid at all. And that our consciousness, our ability to imagine, to project our heart and have our mind follow us into future, outpicturing of the creation of earth and how we live — how we take care of one another — to tighten the bonds of family, universal family, and understand that everyone has choice. That no one is to suppress another’s life force. And they’re saying everything is by choice. And that’s the promise that’s been given to humanity: for us to learn that we have choice, and that it’s an individual choice. It’s not just a choice to eat ice cream or, you know, a piece of asparagus, to take care of ourselves. But really, it’s the choice to be a sovereign being and not allow anything to control our minds.

And they’re saying the people that are relying upon technology for these purposes — for mind control, literally mind control — the neural links that are helping people that would not normally be able to participate in life through brain damage and so forth: That is a population that is very grateful for the help, but to take that same technology and apply it to the masses would not be conducive to our sovereignty. And they’re saying, so everything is like an incremental sliding slope — it’s hour-by-hour express permission. And with permission comes surveillance, or being offered a tool: by just the use of that tool, you give express permission to encroach upon your sovereignty.

And so they’re saying that we’re both edging toward a technocracy, and at the same time, there’s nothing wrong with technology. It’s a matter of how you use it — as a help or a hindrance, as a way to liberate yourself or to entrap yourself. And so they’re saying most of us are being programmed to benignly accept what is occurring. And they’re saying it’s most important that we recognize what our choices are, and to be very thoughtful about that and aware — not to be paranoid — to take the best of what is occurring and allow.

I internally just asked about the space mission Artemis 2, because there was a lot of CGI that people were seemingly catching them doing, and they’re saying what we are seeing is the filming of the simulations that took place before their mission. They had to practice what they were going to do. And so it’s the CGI practice footage that is getting out into the public, trying to convince the public that what happened didn’t happen, that it was all done in a studio.

GUIDES: So they’re saying you can know the truth by paying attention to a person’s energy. Are they in it? Are they relaying lived experience, or are they practicing lines — like an actor having memorized what they’re supposed to say? And a lot of these individuals that are shown — these astronauts, I think it’s four or five of them — they’re touting that they’re forgetting their lines, what they were supposed to say, and all of that. So it’s really a trick of reality, to know what’s real and what’s not real.

And I’ve noticed that Elon Musk has been very quiet. I haven’t seen him say anything about the astronauts. He probably is under severe, ironclad non-disclosure agreements — trade secrets — but the rest of us will never really know. What is it... the director’s name? Kubrick was the director? Yes — one of the last movies that Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise were in, before they spent two years sequestered away doing the movie. And on his so-called deathbed, he described how he was the director that faked the moon landing, that he filmed it all in a studio, that it was done in secrecy on a base away from everyone. And he said, “I feel really bad about that.”

MARK: Yep.

CAROL: So it makes you wonder, like a Howard Hughes figure, why a person like that would be so reclusive. Was it by choice, or was it — I better keep out of the public eye so that I don’t make a mistake and say something I shouldn’t say? It kind of changes your perspective when you know truth. And the question is, is that really true, or was that the last hoax of his lifetime, to leave that big question mark to the public? So I think there’s a lot of that kind of thing — shadow-shaping in our world. That’s part of what this world is, so that we can discern what’s truth and what’s not truth.

So we all know truth inherently. But whether we choose to go along with the illusion or not — to get along — that’s the question of the hour and of this era, because it’s only going to become more so with the advent of AI, with images and animals talking. That’s the obvious — we’re all being desensitized and entertained by that lovely creation of creativity, right? And yet, at the same time, we’re being desensitized from knowing what is reality—what’s real and what’s not real. So eventually, we’re going to walk around with these 3D gaming kind of [goggles] on us, being told and shown that we’re really in a paradise, when in reality we’re standing in a barren land where nothing is considered real.

And so the person is going to want to escape to these lush realities and fantasy lands, while the elites among the population actually go and enjoy their earth the way that they perceive it to be, leaving the rest of us — the 99% of us — to the drudgery of life, on limited income and so forth. That’s what’s been painted in their reality, behind closed doors, without the public seeing what they have up their sleeve.

But the guides are saying that that reality is not the longer view of life because of these beautiful souls and the bridge-builder generation, the Indigos, and us having come here to stay the course. And I guess that comes full circle. Each soul grouping has its very definitive purpose. It’s not just about coming to learn, because all of consciousness, all of life, is learning. It’s about learning in order to fulfill your purpose. It’s both. But you’re like the salmon swimming upstream scenario — we each have a purpose, to know what our destination is all about. And our generation is a wake-up generation: wake up, wake up, wake up. And let’s gather all the kittens wanting to move in different directions and get everybody at least awake enough to be able to make their own decisions, to recognize that they are sovereign beings.

And I just internally asked, "What is my assignment? And they said, " You’re to play, you’re to play, you’re to be in that space.

The heavy lifting is complete for me. I’ve done what I needed to do. And they’re saying: document, document, document. Open up the patterning of awakening so others can find their way through the maze. But you don’t have to actively shake them awake. The frequencies that are present within me started coming in in the late 1980s as a wake-up call that was getting me to wake up myself and to shift in my awareness, away from the path that I had been on, and to make sense of it so that I could be in a position to do more of the global and intergalactic work. And so they’re saying this next awareness — the gateway into the open Stargate in the eastern part of the world — is sort of the linchpin that opens everything that we’ve been working toward. And they’re saying it’s a blessing to be in that space, if we so desire. So if we so desire, we can hang back here and enjoy our home space, be in the woods, take our trips, be in community, celebrate more birthdays, go kayaking — or we can get on a plane and go to the other side of the world.

CAROL: Good morning, good afternoon. Today is Thursday, the 23rd and I have been processing the energies that came forth last night during the sixth session of an eight-part series. I’m sharing, I should say, on subtle body communication. I find it always fascinating that as I travel up through the inner realms, the higher realms of consciousness, and especially as people travel with me in their own way, how exhilarating it is to feel a sense of home in the body. The homeostasis that occurs is nothing like one can imagine. The thoughts melt away, and the channel is clear and open as higher-realm beings impart their wisdom and understanding to us from their perspective, and, more importantly, infuse our light bodies with zero-point frequencies.

Last night, at the end of the session, one of the participants talked about not being able to see her future and how pain in one part of the body was ever-present. As I looked at her system, I could see that there was a past life overlay influencing her current state of awareness, and her seventh soul star, located in the left hip, was greyed out, meaning suppressed, not active.

It occurred to me that there is so much information and knowledge that has been gleaned from well over a decade of learning directly from the Guides. As we were in community, we would gather each month in what I called Living the Miracle Sessions, and each month the angelic beings, ascended masters, beings from other planetary grid systems would show up to help us, to teach us, to help us to heal and transform our own lives—and to be of higher service to the planetary ascension Process.

I find it fascinating also how the process of healing and transformation takes place. It’s not through fix-it programs or following a particular regimen. But of one’s ability to infuse the light body with light. There is a purity of heart, an exchange of light that occurs, and miraculously, seemingly miraculously, the person’s body, mind, and spirit are healed. The guides have always said that healing, or any transformation for that matter, only takes an instant. And I believe what they have talked about is the fact that when the mind finally gives way and stops defending and protecting one’s position, and the heart opens, the body heals.

So in the coming weeks and months, I thought I would share some of the experiences and learnings that have been gained over time. It seems like to hold this information in such a small container and in the privacy of small groupings is certainly intrinsically valuable. Yet I feel also that it’s time to share this at large.

MORNING SESSION #112: APRIL 21, 2026

I’m sharing a message that flowed forth this morning as I was considering how blessed I am to have such a loving community of Light brothers and sisters. It’s an honor and a privilege to be on planet Earth at this time with higher realm beings to guide me. Writing:

We are never alone.

God is within us.

We are One.

Honor thyself, and as you do, know that all is quite well.

Rejoice in the Lord of Light, for I am that I am, and you are also.

CAROL: Good morning. The following morning session was recorded out on the back deck, so you’re about to hear a lot of birds and a lot of background noise alongside the delivery of the message and the guidance from the interstellar beings.

What’s happening in my world is that I’ve just stepped out of what I perceive as a big bubble of frequency that I’ve been interfacing with pretty much all my life. And once I saw it, really, as a thought form — as a thing — I allowed myself to step away from it. What’s been happening in the last couple of days is that I’ve been experiencing a widening of my bandwidth, to the best of my ability to describe it — allowing myself to discern and to pay attention to the shift in my energy field. And with that, I’m asking the usual questions about the what and the wherefores of life and the steps moving forward. So it was not surprising that the answers that came this morning had absolutely nothing at all — seemingly — to do with my to-do list, and everything to do with what is required of my energy system. In sharing this morning session, this may be helpful to you as you are working through your own process.

GUIDES: They’re saying: Yes, your body must rest. Your body must drop into a deep state of homeostasis to reset. We have shifted your frequency from your crown chakra, above you, around you, into the outer reaches of your consciousness field. And your body must reset itself, because your focused awareness is still operating in the way that it has been for close to twenty-some years. You are cycling back into your human consciousness — into the way that you relate to yourself and your new nuclear family, the people closest to you — and you toggle back and forth between that and the higher realms.

But you’ve been coasting for a while, out of habit. And they’re saying it’s time for you to open up and reset your energy.

CAROL: In order to widen my bandwidth, they’ve opened the energy centers up to help me do that. They have not done the heavy lifting — I have — but they’ve created the openings for me to release. And it was the fear of being judged for speaking the kind of truth that is accessible to me now. It’s not that it hasn’t always been accessible, but it will be in greater detail going forward.

I see other channels and intuitives doing their work and think to myself, wow, they’re pretty brave. But some of them, I feel, are not connected to the frequency stream — they’re speaking from learned information gathered from others, which is not really the greater service.

What I’m receiving is: deep rest. That time frame after the last Subtle Body Communication class is complete, and after our social event — that would be the window. That would be the time to go into retreat, to go into a place of freeform, to be quiet, and to give my body-mind continuum a break.

They’re saying that as I recognize, in this reality, the way forward — the global grid system is shifting and morphing. By the time we get to the East, the controller grids will have been dismantled enough that we will find it easier to access the interstellar grids in that part of the world. And to remain quiet, to ensure that we have time just to be — to be in the rhythm of the 24-hour cycling of earth, in the quiet, away from everything, off the grid of being connected to the outside world.

There are remarkable healers in that part of the world. I’m feeling and connecting with an energy system — someone I’m to meet, come into contact with, learn from, and receive from — to be taught by example. Who this person is and the capacity they have to stay clear of any kind of chaotic nodes that fire off on this planet, and away from all of the human consciousness chaos. I feel like there will be a group of us in that space, much like what we did with Maximo in Guatemala.

We’re going to be learning as we come into contact with this person(s). It feels like an older male and female — almost like an older couple, a family-type enclave. They kind of look like gypsies in the way they’re dressed and the way they just don’t conform to any norm of life. They live their own way.

And the interest in going into the underground mosques, the women would not be able to go in there. That would not feel aligned to me. I can’t even imagine it. The bulk of the group would hang outside; a few men would go inside and partake.

MARK: I don’t have an interest in it.

CAROL: Yeah, that feels a little odd to me — not that it wouldn’t be beautifully done in terms of the mosaics and all that. The healers we make contact with are in that northern plain area.

And they’re not shepherds. They’re not the people living in the yurt communities. I can’t tell you exactly the setting, but it feels like we’re out in the open — out in the open, on the high plains.

I’m getting a lot of different kinds of information about what to take with us. I see a little vial — like this — water purification drops to put in our water. And sturdy shoes — sturdy hiking shoes — our feet well covered. We’re traveling very light. We don’t have suitcases per se; we have a backpack — that’s it — so we can be on the go. But there’s a period of time where we are in one place for four or five days at a time.

I’m hearing the song: Leave all your worries behind. It’s time for you to leave all your worries behind.

The mind wants to be busy with things — problems to solve — because that’s how we live on earth: whether it’s fixing something, beautifying something, or solving some kind of challenge. But that’s not really reality. The greater reality is the subtle energies that influence life on this planet. And there’s great wonderment and understanding that I’m being invited into. If I keep my head down, I’ll miss my opportunity, because again, the body-mind matrix is in problem-solving mode.

The to-do list. If I open myself up and allow myself to clear the clutter and receive, then they’re saying they have much to teach me. They’ve been waiting a very long time for me to get to the place of awareness where I am — letting go of my usual concerns and mind clutter of the day.

GUIDES: They said: You must let go of your sense of responsibility for others. You owe nothing — you owe nothing to anyone, past, present, or future. You have only to live your life with a sense of freedom. An unfettered heart is a heart that is of greatest service. And as you recognize that in your awareness, when you return to your non-physical form, you will take the love, the compassion, the truth that you’ve been able to discern and garner from this earth plane, and incorporate that — integrate that — into a much higher understanding of life, not only on this planet but in all the other realms, because everything is interconnected.

And so they’re saying that you have come here to live as a liberated, sovereign being. It doesn’t mean that you don’t love and care about others, but you don’t allow the decisions or choices you make to be controlled by outside circumstances. As Marilyn (a dear friend who transitioned a few years ago) used to say: to live with a clean heart grid, to align with integrity, to be compassionate, and to live in truth — that is the path to being liberated, so that you don’t walk around on this earth plane feeling burdened by either what someone has done to you or what you have done to others.

CAROL: They’re saying the hardest frequencies to clear — whether in this embodied life or in your light body — are how you judge yourself. And they’re saying you’ve crossed that threshold; you’ve let that go.

That bubble I was born into, of fear, came with a lot of constriction, a lot of judgment — it’s like wearing a set of clothing that’s two sizes too small. You can do it, you can wear it, but it’s just very confining. Once you let go, you feel the freedom. But the patterning is what needs to be broken now: break free of how I make decisions. Let go — not the discernment — let go of the doubting. And allow myself to go with my first impulse, which is exactly what I’m teaching in the class.

It’s interesting — I’m always so aware that what you’ve signed up to teach is what you’re learning. So you repeat the very words that you need to hear for yourself.

I love the sound of the birds this morning. My goodness, they’re chattering away about something.

Good afternoon. The following recording was actually done this morning. I still apologize for the quality of the recording, and I think it’s time to throw out the little device that I’m using.

This is all to say that I’m just so appreciative of any kind of pattern that I am able to discern, and in this case, unravel. I’m incredibly thankful to the people in my life who have helped me get to the bottom of my [own story] and discover my patterns and have my aha moment. It’s just thrilling, and it brings such a deep sense of inner peace when the puzzle pieces come together.

And I have to say, in the work that I do as a channel, I’m helping people with these kinds of things every day of the week. It’s always a magical thing to witness — and yet to experience it within myself is a motivator to keep going and keep serving in this capacity, because I think it’s work that’s much needed. I hope that more and more people will come to that place where we can witness one another’s patterns without judgment, just simply honoring the path that is, so that each person can find their own way in the maze of life.

I think that’s really why we are on this earth together — to help one another. So I extend my thanks to everyone who has contributed to helping me put the puzzle pieces together, and I wish you all the best as you discover your versions of such.

CAROL: I feel like I’ve just come through a huge epiphany. It’s an interesting process, and I’ve watched this in other people. I think by the time they pick up the phone and call me to help them through their own versions of what I’ve just gone through, it’s the culmination of putting all the pieces of your puzzle together — and not from the mental mind, though that is a part of it. It’s the heart, the bigger awareness of the signals. I should say the clues, the signals, the signs that we’ve each been given about our next steps, or the next phase of life.

Human nature is built around comfort. We don’t like change. We like to stay in the known areas of life. We don’t like stepping into the unknown. That stretch — I used to receive, when I first started all of this, a way of learning: this precipice metaphor — a flat surface and the crack was only so big, like if I stepped on it I couldn’t fall through if I tried, because it was so narrow. Yet it felt like it went forever in terms of the fear of taking the step.

Then there were times when the precipice looked like it was just — just step over it. There’s never been a metaphor of that kind that has me leaping and thinking, “Maybe I’ll make it and maybe I won’t.” I think maybe in my dreaming it has — like having to be precise about my steps. But this really hasn’t been that kind of metaphor at all. This has been about shedding my human-nature skin, the things that I feel like I may not have done my level best with yet.

I think it’s been very interesting that I’ve been so aware of others’ judgment projections toward me, but I’ve actually been suffering about my own judgment toward my loved ones.

MARK: Yeah, it hurts the projector more than the one being projected onto, right?

CAROL: Yeah. And that should have given me a really big clue. But you don’t see yourself until you really see yourself — until you see the pattern.

MARK: When you see yourself through somebody else’s eyes — through the lens of somebody else.

CAROL: Yeah, you see it, but you don’t identify yourself in the pattern. That’s the curious thing. And it wasn’t until I saw the bubble — it was really a fear bubble that I’ve been sitting inside all my life — that I saw it as a thing. And once I saw it as a thing, that’s when all this learning started to take place.

So it culminated yesterday at the right timing, I guess, because I was ready to see it. I think I’d already come to my aha moment, and then our friend just validated it for me. She was able to voice it. And I think that’s what a really good intuitive does — you put voice to what the person already knows. I’ve always said to people, “I’m not going to say anything to you that you don’t already know. It’s just going to come through my personality, the way that spirit gives it to me.”

I think that’s the service that we give to each other — just from human to human, we help each other learn that way, if you’re willing. Because I’ve seen, seated in myself and others, that when you’re resistant to hearing, no amount of help is going to crack the code for you, because you’re just not listening. You’re not willing to listen because your focus is somewhere else.

So, now that I’m on the other side of my aha moment about my next phase of life, I guess I would want to ask Spirit today: What is my most immediate next step? What’s my focus — which I kind of already know, I do know — but how to get there? What are my stepping stones to get there, to be of highest service? Is there anything else I should ask?

MARK: It would be interesting to see... Well, I guess they’ve already given us the directive toward Kazakhstan and the Azores. But is there anything else that needs to come through on that?

CAROL: Yeah. So that question is all about the global work. They’re saying that the tiredness I’ve been feeling in my body is because my consciousness has been struggling against itself to get to this point of awareness. And now that I’m there, my body certainly will want to rest — deeply rest. But it won’t be because I’m struggling; it’ll be because there’s a recognition of the inner peace that guides me.

So, calling upon my guides and elders, and thanking my parents for showing up yesterday in recognition of their contribution to my learning. My mother just dropped in. A lot of connection. I feel like my energy body is — it’s like, you know, when you tune one of your harps, different strings are tuned one way and others another. I feel like the energy nodes through which I receive information are shifting. I certainly get a very strong true-north, directly down my spine — a push of energy. But I’m also feeling energy pathways opening up like a fountain, arcing from a wider bandwidth of the cosmos into my energy system.

They’re saying it’s important to strengthen the body-mind continuum, because that opens up the neural pathways for greater communication. And the bandwidth that is being tapped into in the present moment is the bandwidth that I have been using as a channel of higher consciousness. Through the years, they have been working with me to open further — to open channels within me, within my energy system.

And they’re saying that my part in all of this is acceptance — awareness of the more subtle planes of existence and also acceptance of the frequencies that are on the outer edges of earth-plane consciousness. They’re saying many beings of light coexist in this planetary grid system and are available to help humanity ascend. And yet humanity has a grid, or a plasmic field, that is artificial in nature. The controller races have placed this grid over human consciousness for eons, and there are light groups — as you have been focused in your awareness on — working to dismantle those grids by amplifying light.

And they’re saying that this work shall continue throughout the next 20 or 30 years until human consciousness has been completely liberated. And yet these next few years are critical; it’s a turning point — the acceleration of human consciousness. They’re saying this is what the trip to the east is all about: that we are to contact the healers representing the ancient lineages going back to 10,000 years BC. There are still threads — streams of consciousness — that energetic healers are tapped into and embodying. They have stayed away from the modernization of internet access, and you’ll not find them by doing a basic search. You have to physically go there to find them and begin to ask through word of mouth. There was someone I spoke with — I thought it was yesterday, or a few days ago — who talked about a healer in that area...working with someone who had advanced stages of cancer and worked with their system to help them heal themselves.

They’re saying that geography does matter. Culture is less of an issue than the energetic positioning of the grid. That the children matter. Children have an innocence about them that has not been tainted by the cultural norming that goes on in society. We are to recognize, as we are creating and growing, the accentuation of — they’re showing me the high plains — and that northeastern corridor that abuts Russia is where we’ll settle in. And we’re not going to be moving around as much as we’re going to be settled in a locality, staying quiet and positioning ourselves to receive messages and to have our energy bodies rewired to open our bandwidth.

They’re saying to me that they’ve been trying to get my attention for years now about positioning myself with the ancient beings. One is that rock face — I think it’s in Peru — that our friend was near when we were starting to organize that trip. I saw myself with my back to a rock face, and I’ve read stories of people who have done that and disappeared into the rock, into the stone, never to return again. And I thought to myself, “Is that really what I want to do?” But it’s interesting that I just could not settle. My energy was too frenetic, and it just wasn’t the right timing for that.

So this energy of opening, and being in a clear-blue-sky kind of place, is more conducive to what that ask has been all about. It doesn’t feel like there are a lot of people around us when we’re doing that work — either that, or it could simply feel very harmonious. It doesn’t take a long time for that kind of opening to occur, either.

Yesterday, as I was talking about the clues of my next steps and what my next step is, my throat started to close. It was about talking about beings of light on this planet, and yet that’s fairly familiar territory for me — but I only speak about it with people in our circles. So the thought of speaking about it at large — like this woman on the podcast, the psychiatrist, who said that for her, even speaking about people on the other side, like her late husband, would get people hauled away and injected with medicines to stop that — this is next-level awareness.

So I will say that I’m being called to that area [Kazakhstan] for that purpose. And at the same time, I put the call out to others who may also be called to that area for that purpose — to open to the subtler grid systems that are intersecting now with our current planetary grid system. And it just so happens that in that area, the Stargate that is open there is more accessible.

The people who live much simpler lives there are not as impacted by what’s going on in the world. I’m getting an image like the shepherds who knew to go and witness the upshift in the grid system with the birth of Jesus. They knew it; they felt it, because the environment in which they lived was very rarefied and they were tuned in. There’s a region in that part of the world that is still like that — that has less interference from the more oppressive global consciousness that we are living in. Especially living just south of Washington, DC, our consciousness doesn’t amplify out like this big fountain image I was just given. We stay more pillar-like because of that. But being in a different part of the world, away from all of that, would allow us to be more open. So that’s a long way to go to get out of the control grid.

I’m also being shown that the areas of the light centers are that way — they’re zones that are like an oasis, a suspended animation, if you will, because there’s enough conscious effort to amplify light. So the global mission is still very much in a primary position at this point. It’s not a diversion — it is the primary mission. And it’s a hard concept to explain to people, because it’s not what their reality would know.

MARK: How does that interface with this technology here?

CAROL: This is the amplifying technology. If we can attune our energy systems to neutral-positive — and in fact, by focusing on this technology, it helps us to recognize our own personal imbalance within us. It’s like the bubble that just popped inside of my energy system, my belief system. Now I have access to more bandwidth because I’ve brought my system back into balance. And it has a direct correlation to my sense of inner peace. I’m no longer feeling like there’s something missing, or being agitated about something I can’t see within myself. I feel like my energy is more — I’m not internally warring with myself anymore.

MARK: Okay.

CAROL: I think that’s what frustration is all about — when you know you’re supposed to know something, get something, and you’re trying to get there with your mind, but you can’t, because it’s not a mind thing. It’s a frequency upshift that occurs energetically. And when the upshift occurs, then the flood of awareness comes to you. But not until the upshift. Until then, you just know something is missing that you can’t get to with your mind. So all is well.

MS #109 | April 5, 2026 — Easter Sunday / Posted April 9

CAROL: Well, good morning. This is Easter Sunday — though it’s actually the afternoon. We’ve had a wonderful morning. For this meditation, my husband Mark brought in the Lotus of Life sacred geometry instrument — the one we use on our activations when we travel and are called into different regions. In this meditation, he is facing me, silently witnessing my internal process.

Even before I set the intentional field up, I could feel an enormous bout of energy coursing through my body and grounding me into the earth. It’s a really interesting thing, how intention sets up the field in such a unique way. By invoking the Star Elders, I was definitely setting forth a tone — a line of inquiry — that would have me understanding life and my service in the context of the global grid work that I’m called to do, and have been called to do for years.

Sharing this transmission with you now. I also have no idea why the recording is a bit distorted. The only thing I can cite is perhaps a mechanical malfunction, or simply that the energy field was so amplified. This often happens to me when I’m on the phone doing a channeled session for someone. I’ve learned over the years to calibrate my frequency so as not to short out electrical gadgets and electrical lines.

INTENTION: So, calling in the Star Elders, the master teachers and guides, and setting up an intentional field to best understand the path forward and any messages that I need to know personally as a guiding light in my life.

GUIDES: You are not to be concerned about your dear ones. They are where they need to be in their learning. They shall surrender to the force of light that they are. You come from quite stubborn stock, we must say. There are many among you who shall deliver themselves from the distorted ways of being in this world, only to find themselves deeply loved by their Creator.

You shall understand, in the manner of beingness that you are — in the way that you are moving and dancing in the world — that we shall be here with you. There is nothing that you need to do, my daughter; you have done everything in your power to create an environment of loving support for your dear one. She shall find her way among the weeds of her own desire. You must allow your body, mind, and spirit to rest — to deeply rest. For there is a way forward for you to create and to co-create in spirit with us.

We say that as you are recognizing, as you are creating, and as you are growing, it is a measure of awareness that you have witnessed. You have experienced the shedding of one doorway and the opening to a new way forward. You shall recognize that as you are creating in this manner — taking one step, and then another, and another, and another — we shall be here with you.

You shall not worry. You shall not be concerned. You shall fully focus on that which is, and that which is becoming.

Yes, it is also true that we are preparing your consciousness to receive frequencies that are not of this world — frequencies that are influencing the patterning of human consciousness. You must have a strong constitution. You must be at peace, for the fear vibration has no place in these frequencies.

You shall find that as the global patterning does indeed play out, those who are influenced by us — the Star Elders of many different constellations — will know that we have come to this sector of the universe to be a steady force, a steady hand of love and guidance, to begin to flush out the polarities and the densities of frequency that have inverted the patterns of love, kindness, and compassion for eons.

We are saying to you now that it is the destruction of the children — of their innocence — that we are most concerned about in the present moment. Those forces of darkness that have come to your planetary system have enslaved human consciousness for many, many eons. And yet we are saying to you that these patternings have been thwarted, cut off, and neutralized in many different ways. We have said to you before that what stays here is to play out here in human form. We are saying to you now that the orchestration of changes coming your way is upon you.

It is vitally, essentially, mentally important that you quiet your mind, come into a place of abeyance and neutrality, and begin to receive that which is, and that which is becoming. For you are a messenger of God’s grace and kingdoms. There are many kingdoms that wish to gain access to the inner planes of existence. You are to understand that as you are creating and growing, that which is presenting shall reveal itself to you.

You shall come into the foreground of human consciousness evolution. You are not to be dissuaded from fulfilling your earth-bound mission. You are love personified, and we are here to honor your path, to honor your way forward. We shall help you. We shall come into the awareness of your heart of hearts and help you to remember your true essence — love personified.

We say to you that your beloved brethren — that of Yeshua, Isa, Sananda, Jesus, as he has been called over time — is upon you now. You shall come as a servant of thy dear Lord and begin to minister to the sick and the dying. We are not referring to physical demise. We are referring to moral decay. We are referring to the disenfranchised and disheartened souls walking upon this planet — and there are many. There are millions. There are billions of souls deeply disenfranchised from their own human condition.

Human-to-human awareness is deeply rooted in selflessness and compassion. And yet the forces of darkness have turned person against person, soul against soul. We are saying to you now that the divisive nature of that which divides is no longer an acceptable way forward on this planet, for the frequencies being infused into the planetary grid system shall be light, open, and alive with the awareness of God’s love and grace.

We say, as you are recognizing and creating in this manner, know that all is quite well.

CAROL: There is a really strong feeling of staying the course — of infusing one’s light body with deep love and kindness and disciplining the mind to stay in that zero-point field, where judgment has no place. No judgment of others. No judgment of yourself. Be kind to yourself. Start there, and extend that kindness and nonjudgmental manner out into the world.

They are saying, as we are recognizing in this manner of beingness, know that all is well. It is important to honor the unseen world as much as the seen world. And yet they are saying: we have purposely incarnated into these polarities to be an oasis of peace and prosperity, to live in oneness and kindness and compassion, and to extend that compassion to ourselves and to everyone in our world. They are saying that human nature has a tendency to be too harsh with one another — only because we have been sequestered, as a species, from the rest of the star races.

We’ve been in a bit of quarantine, if you will. And so our isolation as a species has resulted in myopic vision. If you’re surrounded by hatred and malice, no matter how much you try to hold your center, it starts to rub off around the edges, and you begin to believe that everyone is that way — that the world is inherently unkind and harsh. But if you understand that you are interconnected to all of the universes of universes, and that those universes are infused with love — the zero point of love without judgment — then everything opens up like a flower.

You become aware that the electrification of your light body is the activation of those sequences that gain you entry into all the universes of universes. It is an inward activation at first that then blossoms out through the seventeen layers of your human consciousness and begins to merge with your light body. So the DNA activations that many individuals speak of are not really achieved until you surrender yourself to a deeper level of love — and of awareness of love — and accept that within yourself. Nobody can teach this to you. It is something inherently within each and every one of us.

They are saying that back in the time of the ancient Sumerians, activations were gifted from the star beings who came to this planet and taught the human race how to quiet the mind and begin to enliven the adamantine particles of the body. The protective nature that arose in the ancient mystery schools was because the marauders — the star beings that hunted human consciousness to form it through fear — were upon us. That is what the Dark Ages were all about. The human consciousness connection to Source, from our original star origins, went into deep darkness, and there arose a very protective nature over any kind of light technology.

And yet they are saying: we have come here at this time in the human evolutionary cycle because everything is imploding. The dark programs, the demented effort to traumatize the most innocent among us so that we carry those fractured, traumatized states of consciousness into adulthood — these are failing. There is far too much light on this planet. They have sent souls here from other planetary systems who do not even know what fear is — who are not hardwired for fear. There is an impermeable field forming, and that kind of infusion into human consciousness is accelerating the activation sequences designed for this era.

They are saying that the technologies coming into the planetary grid system are being gifted to those individuals who have already gone through the shedding of fear and are no longer influenced by fear technologies. The control programs are being dissolved through love.

They are saying — and it’s very interesting that my throat is attempting to close up — I feel as though this has been taboo information. When you speak of these technologies, I’m getting an image of a tightening fist: you do not speak of these things aloud. Many people who have been gifted with knowledge of these zero-point frequencies have not quite achieved the measure of open-heartedness required. They are caught between the systems of haves and have-nots. They want to monetize what they have — to patent and lock everything down — so that knowledge so freely given becomes a proprietary asset for their benefit alone.

And they are saying these programs have been destroyed because of that. The way the human race will fully awaken is through open-source technology — through the generous sharing of wisdom and knowledge. Commerce will have its place, not in gatekeeping access to these technologies, but simply in their distribution. They are saying that the entire economic models by which we live are shifting for this very reason: the reason these technologies have not been fully distributed to the general population is the coveting that has taken place. Those very star races that gifted these technologies to humanity are thwarting the old economic and commerce models — until such time as humanity can awaken and understand that we all have an inherent right to access these free technologies, because they are part of nature.

A large swath of information has been withheld from the public to keep us in the dark about what is possible within us. It is causing enormous rifts. The fact that the world superpowers are fighting over oil is, they say, nonsensical — because the technologies that have been gifted to the human race do not require oil. The new energies are based on magnetics, opened and fueled by sacred geometry, and by the understanding of the spaces within the spaces that produce electricity. We are to focus more on magnetism than on any other element, and to allow the natural elements of this earth to do what she knows how to do — which is restore herself. Her entire ecosystems must be restored.

So they are saying that I am to hold steady, to be purposeful, and to allow the accentuation of the forces — they are calling it a dynamism, a dynamic force of light — to flow through me, to connect with my higher consciousness, and to be more focused on describing the visual packets of consciousness being shown to me so that others can understand the way forward: to move with ease and grace, with kindness and compassion.

My whole body is buzzing.

It’s the worry frequency — that membrane. In fact, in yesterday’s session, I was describing that to myself out loud so I could get very clear about what holds me in that state. It’s what I was born into. And it is time to let that dissolve itself out of my system — to stop trying to control the frequency that wants to interconnect with me.

I remember early on, all the shaking and the intense, intense energy that would pour through my body. I think I was much stronger in some ways twenty or thirty years ago. And yet now they are saying: let go. Let go and fully trust in these higher consciousness frequencies so that I can have greater access to what is presenting in the moment. It’s as if the consciousness particles of the body begin to become more enlivened — while at the same time, instead of trying to control what I am used to feeling like as a person, I simply let go and allow the consciousness particles that make me the personality of Carol to enliven and expand through these various layers of consciousness, knowing that I am not going to get lost. I am not going to lose my way.

In fact, the insistence that I maintain a particular presence is the very hindrance.

It’s like someone coaxing you to jump off the high dive for the first time. You have no idea what’s going to happen. What if you don’t land just right? The water could hurt you. Human consciousness runs through all the what ifs. And what they are saying is: you have done the preparation work. Trust in this next step, this next opening.

And as I have been sensing a transition for a while now, they are saying: it is upon me. And what better day to affirm that than Easter Sunday?

Well, good morning. Carol Fitzpatrick here.

It’s so interesting to recognize the energy signature of my Guides. I am sitting here on the back deck this morning. I had a long day of working on taxes yesterday, of all things—as I was listening to stories and news and various things. As I went through the day, I found myself totally mesmerized by worry. It’s as if my mind had separated from my beingness.

I saw, so clearly, my worry body, and I could tell exactly where my projected worry went. Of course, it went to my loved ones. It also went to the different areas of life where, in my perception, things are not right or perfect. And of course, the patient on the table is always the Self.

For me to sit motionless for hours on end, looking at spreadsheets and records — finalizing, in the grand finale of last night, the organizing of multiple businesses and enterprises — was, of course, silly in one sense, because that’s not what life is. It’s necessary, but not something to be consumed by. And yet, there I was. On some level, it felt really good to get all my details in order. But on another level, it was sheer misery.

I think that’s what life is, in some regards. There are things that we must do, and then there are the things — the states of awareness — that we love to be in. And it’s where the two shall meet in oneness. I suppose the goal would be to love doing my taxes, to love doing the mundane as much as I love all the other. And of course, even as I say that, it seems like a nonsensical, silly statement.

But as I say this, I remember the monks walking across the US in a walk for peace. I’m sure in their journey there were many mundane moments as they trudged through the weather—the wind and the rain, the ice. I understood that there was a constant hum of mantra going on within them, and an observance of the life around them. So I think that’s what spiritual practices do for us. They help us get into that hum, so that no matter what we’re doing, there’s an awareness of God consciousness guiding us, flowing through us, in all that we are and all that we do.

So I sat there motionless, well into the evening, as I organized papers and listened to various chitter-chatter of this and that, I found myself paying so much attention to the worry factor—the fear factor—that I have held within me and interacted with all my life. And now it’s time to let it go. To see it for what it is: a mere environmental bubble that I dropped into upon birth, and fought with, hid from, tried to get away from all during my childhood and into my adulthood. Then somehow, some way, it settled in, and it almost felt—it feels—like a part of me. But it’s not at all. It’s a very sneaky thing, when we entertain a vibration that is so harsh on one level but becomes insidious as time goes on, to the point of hiding out in plain sight.

Yesterday, as I found myself listening while my fingers were doing the sorting and the counting of things, I was listening to a brain specialist speak on trauma and our relationship with the dynamics of worldly things—his version, his life’s work. Focusing on brain chemistry was a whole other take. Speaking of neurobiology in his own vocabulary—however different from mine—I found myself very intrigued and listening intently to what he had to say: that when we reinforce behaviors through our interactions with the world, it changes our brain chemistry. When we get triggered later on in life, or we develop these protective instincts, we’re not reliving the trauma. It’s actually a chemical reaction in our brain that we’re reacting to. I find that absolutely fascinating.

I’m also wondering about when we are triggered back into past lives. He was talking about memories being triggered by the feeling present at the moment of the initial event, when fear first happened, and how we go back in time. But in actuality, it’s just the brain chemistry. It’s not a memory inside the brain. It’s in our consciousness field. So if that can apply to early childhood, or any trauma we experience, it’s also relevant to past-life experience, any kind of experience we’ve had, especially as embodied ones. We have non-localized experiences of other universes, other planets, other families of light, and yet we’re here, embodied. So concepts of being grounded or staying focused apply even more because we’re talking about a time-space continuum. And this world has its own unique properties.

I’ve always been fascinated by the gravitational field as well. Early on in my awakening process, I was so aware of non-gravitational influences, especially when my Guides took me up and out of my body and showed me the misty worlds, the time tunnels, the light tunnels, how they work and how you must flow. Letting go of your sense of gravity, allowing your intention to show you, in your conscious awareness, where you are and how you are to create. Once I was given a very visceral demonstration of how to roll out of the body— to bring my consciousness while leaving my physical body behind—to travel, to engage in inter-dimensional travel. It was quite incredible to visit the other worlds and see the other beings in their native form.

And then, for whatever reason, during that period of time, about a ten-year period, my Guides said, “You must get back in your body. And you must learn how to play to stay in form.” So I suppose I’m entering another phase of this. I know I will not be entrapped in this physical form — that was made very clear to me. But I also know that it’s time to let go of the worldly influences, that membrane that holds me in. What was once a self-imposed jail cell, rather than a comfort, is now confining me. And I find it interesting how it shows up — in my desire to be free.

Just as I’m saying this, the sun is shining, and my very first yellow butterfly of the season has flitted by. My mother is always represented as the yellow butterfly, because she so loved serving in community.

NOTE: I came across the following writing, a message from the Guides. Looking back, I realize the prophetic nature of what I was being told. It was a heads-up, a roadmap to follow—to Love with compassion—and to stay the course.

Now, having lived through the trials and challenges of keeping my heart open, no matter what, I can say it was the hardest learning, because there was no worldly answer to the dilemma that presented itself that would have resulted in a positive outcome for a loved one I was responsible for.

Spirit works that way in my life. I get a pronouncement of what to do, then the learning unfolds. Of course, the writing stayed in the back of my mind as I searched for answers to each challenge, each hardship, each impossible solution. It was there all along as I remembered to stay the course—to adhere to Love, to keep my heart open, and to extend compassion at every turn.

Rediscovering this writing is timely given our arisen heart of hearts as we celebrate Easter Sunday.

GUIDES: We are here to support the positive expansion of human heart intelligence. There are many programs of well-intentioned physicists creating machinery to aid mass production. Yet the massive amount of intelligence still cannot—or will not—understand the intelligence of the soul as connected to the heart.

The heart, while embodied, is the central intelligence of the soul, and the soul has a unique soul signature in all the universe and universes.

The human synapses of the brain are much like the heart, with great focus and tenacity. Embodied star beings have incarnated for this very purpose: to model, and to cause an entrainment to the heart coherence of Love personified. Yet without the acceptance of Love, the heart cannot function.

Many forces on this planet do not want the heart to fully function—by traumatizing it or causing a dulling effect, distracting humanity through exposure to dire doomsday scenarios, or otherwise harsh realities and accompanying sounds. Fear—terror—is the goal.

By causing the body-mind to react in fight, flight, or hide programs, the human genome has nowhere to go, has no safety net.

However, with great focus and tenacity, embodied star beings have incarnated for this very purpose: to model, and to cause an entrainment to the heart coherence of Love personified—for remembrance that one is never alone.

In fact, the human species is the prize. She is treasured and welcomed into the families of Light because of her innate ability to love with such compassion.

There will be many programs in the year 2025 to cause disruption of one’s inner peace of mind. Do not be dissuaded from your earthbound mission. Love and honor thyself, and as you do, know that all is well.

We are never alone in our calling.

I have known this for a long time — in my bones, in my practice, in the way Spirit has shown up again and again through the people I have been privileged to walk alongside. And yet knowing it does not make the journey any less human. We are called to serve, to fulfill a higher purpose — and life is still messy. The path is rarely straight. The yes does not always come easily. And there are moments — often in the middle of the night, or in the middle of a season that makes no sense — when the calling feels impossibly large and we feel impossibly small.

That is exactly why these stories need to be told.

MORNING SESSION #106: March 20, 2026 / Posted March 30

The dream I had this morning is what I’m most curious about in the present moment. It was a family dream—someone coming up and announcing that my mother’s sister had passed while at the hospital. They had gone up to see a new mother with a baby, and while everyone was swirling around in this big house, a man came up and said something to me. He felt like a guardian angel.

I think that’s the way it works in life: there is always a person who takes on the still point of holding space, holding the center, to make a pronouncement for whatever the shift is—the life shift.

So I’d love to know what the dream was all about, and whether I have interpreted it correctly.

GUIDES: They are saying: Yes, you have received this pronouncement many times in your life by now. You first received it in the knowing—when your dear friend, the man in King George, the one you had become close buddies with, he and his wife—and it scared you so badly that you just stopped going, two weeks before he passed. But you had a clear knowing. You started having dreams that he was on his way out of this world. And you felt it. You saw your father’s passing. You knew. You braced yourself. You knew of your mother’s passing. You saw. You dreamt. You braced yourself.

We come to you in the dead of night, and we come to you in the early daylight of morning, when your consciousness is least resistant. We come to you when you are coming back into your body and your awareness, regrouping and reorganizing your consciousness particles to begin your day—to assimilate that which is and that which is becoming. And so we bring you this awareness to prepare you for what is about to play out in your world.

These are not metaphors. These are individuals in your world that you deeply love and care about, and yet they are living their lives in the world in a way that sets their hearts free. You are here in the awareness of your heart, of your role, and you have assumed this role many times before. You have indeed—upon your mother’s passing—served the role that you have discerned in this current metaphor we have brought to you: that of holding sacred space for others. And that does not divorce you from your own internal process, but it shows you, demonstrates to you, your chosen role. It is instinctual.

Many beings of light who are here have these chosen roles, and they know themselves. When a spike of energy occurs in the field—when humanity becomes hysterical, reactive, dramatic in its reactionary nature—you know to hold your center, to rest in the center of deep inner peace. Even though your human energy system may be reactive, the light being, the higher-dimensional aspects of self, know to stay focused, centered, balanced, and in harmony.

This is a metaphor for all of humanity and for your role as a being of light upon this planet—where there are many instances in which your brethren, your fellow human beings, shall not understand. They shall be like the children in the dream, who sense that something has occurred in their world while the adults around them have become reactive, yet the children are there to play, to be in joy, to revel in joy.

You are witnessing a generational shift. The souls who have been long upon this planet are in the deep process of grief, releasing the old way, feeling the weight of generational shifts occurring in their world. And the new souls are here for joy. They are here for play. They do not interpret or react to change in the same way as those among you burdened by the tenors and happenings of their world. You are to understand that each soul making choice is to be honored. There shall be no interference with choice—simply pay attention to your role, your demeanor, your way of holding sacred space for that which is, and for the transference of frequency represented by this generational shift in consciousness.

CAROL: That makes sense. I feel like this is our role on a global scale, and it is equally our role in our personal lives. It’s the same. One feels more visceral—but it is still the same.

I discern that the immediacy of the metaphor showed me my personal family, knowing that my mother and my aunt are already on the other side. In this streaming, it is a generational shift with the ancestors. Our beloved ones who are already on the other side are helping us adjust to the radical changes that are about to occur in our world.

So it was personal—yes, personal in its feeling nature—and yet in the dream, I felt the positive, neutral aspects of it on a soul level. I was witnessing the collective, watching a collective happening that is impacting all of us. So this is a planetary shift. I cannot point to any specific event because it hasn’t happened yet. It was a prophetic dream—more like a lucid transmission—to see and to reinforce my positioning, so that as it does happen, I will instinctually know what to do. It won’t be a thinking thing. It will be a knowing. I’ll simply know my role, and lock into place in that way. Holding sacred space.

Usually these prophetic dreams occur in the medium-near future—not far out. But on the global scale, they sometimes come two years ahead. In this case, however, I feel it is within the next six to eight months.

Setting the Intentional Field

CAROL: Setting up the intentional field tonight, inviting the Star Elders, the master teachers, the angelic beings of light, and the ancestors. I also wish to include the Earth Angels—the interstellar beings that long ago sequestered themselves to hold sacred space for all of us, deep within the inner Earth. I feel their presence has not been acknowledged enough. These are beautiful light beings that have developed inner Earth civilizations, cities of light, well beneath the surface—well below the dynamics of the underground cities that the very wealthiest of the wealthy have established beneath the Earth.

For a long time, for many years, I have been privileged to feel the Lemurian presence below Mount Shasta, and to recognize that there once existed a vast valley between California and Hawaii before the great cataclysm. The floor of the Pacific Ocean was the Lemurian civilization, and the Hawaiian Islands represent their temples. They would ascend to the tops of the mountains to pray and to perform sacred ceremony. I find it always so fascinating, when I think of Hawaii and the Hawaiian Islands, that there still exist underground tunnels between the west coast of the North American continent and Hawaii.

I have also been fascinated lately with the tectonic plate movement two miles off the coast of Northern California—one of my very favorite areas, the Crescent City region. The volcanic activity well beneath the surface of the ocean is active again. There is a great deal of Earth movement, as one would anticipate, as the Earth moves through her rotational shift.

And so with that, I invite the inner Earth beings to hold space as a unified field with us—to show us, to teach us, to inform us, to infuse us with light—as well as our Star Elders, master teachers, and ancestral beings. I welcome their presence here tonight, for highest expression, for all to see what message is here for us, what energies and frequencies are here to best support us as we continue to serve and to be in joy and play.

I am hearing in both of my ears: Sofia, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia. It is like a great cacophony—an echoing of beautiful, beautiful light beings, everywhere, everywhere.

It reminds me of the time that our friend in Spain took us down into the lower chambers beneath the Madrid Cathedral, where he loves to meditate—those beautiful arches, the incredible statues of Jesus and Mary, and many other angelic beings of light. This energy reminds me of that, somewhat. It is very pure—very globally harmonic, I should say.

As that was happening, I was feeling a very tall, source-to-ground pillar of light gently, very gently, connect with me and anchor through me. And they are saying:

GUIDES: Yes, you are experiencing the grid lines. And so for each of us—right now, because of where we are geographically—we are representing a different aspect of the grid system.

They are saying: Yes, you received our cue correctly. We are wishing for you to understand. Speaking to you and to me, to all of us here—we are wishing for you to understand: the way forward is not paved with fright, with separation, with polarity. You are now in the process of moving into a strong singularity of frequency, represented by your timeline.

We shall say to you that as you are recognizing, and as you are creating, and as you are growing, and as you are fully orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, we shall see—like a ribbon, a bow being tied upon the Earth—you are nearly complete with your construction, your deconstruction of the polarities. To neutralize, to neutralize, to neutralize the polarity.

It is that as you do not give polarity your attention—the name-calling, the innuendos, the warring factions, the divisions that are caused by debating this or that—you are merely holding space. And we see you. We know you. We love you. You are the collective light, the collective awareness of higher consciousness. And as you are going and as you are seeing and as you are orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, you shall know that all is quite well.

CAROL: And so the visual I was bringing in—they are saying:

GUIDES: Like a great bow, we see you, we know you, we understand you. You have indeed come into this higher waveform of consciousness, together, as an all, as one collective consciousness. And this has indeed formed the waveform of singularity.

You shall find that as your timelines, as your way forward, shall be shown to you, that you shall be a wayshower to many of your brethren who have not been on the Earth before. They are here because they are preparing to be infused with light.

We say that as you are recognizing and as you are creating and as you are growing and as you are fully accentuating the changes that shall come your way, you shall find the others here with you. You shall find that your brethren in the inner Earth kingdom shall begin to infuse you with light, with understanding, with awareness of that which was before—many, many eons before—and yet they are still present. They are here with us. They have been living and building and constructing the cities of light all along.

You shall find that these exist in a higher state of awareness that you cannot yet stand upon, and yet they are here. It is the vibrational frequency of your light body for which you shall be prepared and invited into what they are calling the King’s Chamber.

This reminds me of the pyramids in Egypt—I have heard of one large chamber called the King’s Chamber. They are saying:

Yes, there is a King and a Queen. They are interchangeable. It is interchangeable within the left and right hemispheres of your brain, of your light body, to be balanced and harmonized. If you will remember, when we took you down into the sacred chambers, into the ancient temple system—the mother of all temples, in the heart of the mother in Guatemala—we showed you how to calibrate your energy body so that you could enter into the temple system. And we are asking of you now to understand that this is the way forward. You shall be asked to enter into the King’s Chamber for this very purpose. We shall be with you, and we shall guide you and direct you as you go.

You shall not be concerned about the outer world of polarity, for it shall begin to dissipate. The order of the nation-states is being reconfigured in present moments. You are not to look upon the upwelling of fear-mongering, for we are quietly—quietly—working with those dear ones that are listening, and have been listening.

We have not spoken about this before, because it was not time. You shall be invited into the Sacred Council to begin to hear the Word of God, to hear the word of those that have been speaking all along, and you shall hear from the children. You shall come into the awareness of light, and see the shadows beside you and beneath you and above you, but they will not impact your ability or your capacity to channel high frequencies of light.

For that is the most important task before you in this present moment: to maintain a stance of positive neutrality. For it is indeed all things in balance. This must be, for the New Earth Matrix of consciousness has already been birthed into form. And some of you are waiting for the return of a Messiah to tell you what to do, and how to live, and where to go. And yet we say to you: this is the time of all ascending as one. This shall not be a time where many shall help the one to traverse to the other side. It shall be that as you live and you work and you play as one, we shall be here with you to show you the open doorways.

For the light tunnels are opening now. And you shall understand which is your direction, which is your time, and your way to go. You are being given new assignments. You are being prompted to move from here to there, both energetically and physically. Some of you are to remain steady, and yet you shall be receiving a new—I will call it a mixture, or a team—that shall help you to move, shall help you to create, shall help you to bring forth a higher bandwidth of frequency upon this planet.

For there are many cities of light that are indeed revealing themselves. And you shall find that in this time of 2026, it shall not be the nation-states and their leadership, or the monetary system, or the way in which you live that shall be at issue. It shall be the internal change, the internal transformation, as you begin to understand that the waveforms of light are here to love you, honor you, and support you.

For indeed you shall be going through many different incremental changes. And it shall be the Order of Melchizedek that shall guide you through the time tunnels, to get you to the other side. And you are indeed—many of you—still guided, of course, by the angelic realms united with Archangel Michael, Sophia, and Sandalphon in your stead. And you are being protected, like a bubble of light, as you are playing and dancing in the light. You are not to be concerned about the shifting of the tides, for this is showing up right on time, in this manner of beingness.

So we have said to you many times before: you shall recognize that the radical shift in consciousness shall occur in this year of 2026, through the year of 2028, culminating in the year of 2029. And yet we say to you that this is an accelerated timeline. You shall indeed be delivered to the other side of this light tunnel prior to that time, so that you can begin to welcome those who are traversing through the sands of time.

You shall not look back. You shall not regret anything about your past or past misgivings. You shall come to understand, in this awareness of your life and living, that all is quite well, you see.

CAROL: So I feel this is a tremendous reassurance. And it is like anything—when we are receiving a new kind of energy around us, or a new set of guides, there is a little bit of trepidation. And some of us have already gone through this. Some of us have already catapulted into a different environment, a different way of life, a different awareness.

Many of us have gone through radical changes, radical shifts. We have had these very strong—they are calling them crescendo moments—because of the planetary frequencies coming in so dramatically and shifting the entire cosmic ecosystem of the Earth and everything around her in the solar system. This is because of the beings of light that are here to oversee—that is the best word I have—to oversee the powers that be.

GUIDES: For there shall not be a weaponry so completely destructive to the human race as to annihilate, or to cause such a dramatic climate shift in our atmosphere that it would immediately place us into another ice age for ten to twenty years. This is being considered and bandied about. I feel these forces moving in terms of strategy—how much damage, how much destruction, is to be made out of anger and vengeance and retribution.

And the light beings, the Star Elders, are saying: we will allow only up to a certain point, but there shall never be another nuclear holocaust, because it is destructive to all of the interplanetary systems.

CAROL: And so what is happening is that the return of the Star Elders, and the beings that have been here all along, is starting to activate the ancient temple system.

They are saying that we have been prepared for this. I am receiving a great deal of joy. They are saying: We have been prepared for this. We know what this is. We know how to calibrate our bodies to align with a very, very high, neutral, positive frequency.

And they are saying this is why they led us to what I will call the mothership—the center of the ancient temple system, in that pyramid below the lake surface in Guatemala. And this is another reason why they brought us the Lotus of Life—this technology representing the New Earth Matrix of consciousness, where all things are to be in balance.

And so they are saying that our bodies, our awareness of our light, our familial relationships, the crescendo-like intensity that we have been experiencing—really since October, November, and December, into January and February—have been purposeful, pressing us into a sharpened motivation to align and to make a choice.

It was the activation and the infusion of the inner Earth frequencies, by those brave ones who trusted enough to go into the inner Earth and allow their light to be guided there—those dear ones who were selected, who have very pure hearts and are fearless in their service.

And so they are saying it takes an embodied one to traverse these frequencies—these pockets of frequencies—and to open up the light tunnels that had been closed off by star races many, many eons ago who wanted to keep humanity enslaved.

GUIDES: And they are saying: We are only beginning to understand that we are liberated—that it is our time to begin to act upon our sovereignty, to move, to speak. And the only way that we can do that is by listening to the inner voice, the inner knowing of who we are and what we are. This is not a time to be listening to what is playing out, because that represents the old structure and what is falling away.

Now is the time to be deeply focused on our inner signal, and to begin to take our instruction from the higher-realm beings that are here to guide us into a very different state of awareness.

And so they are saying that as we see, and as we fully orchestrate the changes that shall come our way, we shall find that that which is and that which is becoming—we shall make the choice. We shall stay in the field that supports our choice.

The destructive way of polarity and division has no place in our current and future way of being. And yet some of us are still struggling, because we care so deeply about our loved ones that we want them to know they are loved.

They are saying: But you must only love. You cannot engage in tribal pushing and pulling of one another’s will. This is the time to exercise one’s sovereignty and one’s will.

CAROL: I apologize for keeping my eyes closed tonight, but I literally feel as though I am being pulled down like a magnet—like molasses—really pulling my energy down into the Earth.

GUIDES: They are saying: Yes, we are attempting to ground this channel, this light, so that you have a wider bandwidth of access to the information and frequency we are attempting to download into your light body. You must have a capacity.

I am asking: Is this only me? They are saying: No, this applies to everyone that is of service, that is serving as a pillar of light upon this planet. You must anchor your inner core into the galactic center, so that you can traverse not just to the core of the Earth, but through the Earth, for there are light channels that interconnect.

CAROL: They are showing me that time when I thought I was literally being pulled through a light tunnel to go home.

GUIDES: They are saying: No, no, no, no—you were being pulled through the center. We were attempting at that time to help you to fully acclimate, but you were not ready. You were concerned that you would not remain of this Earth if you did that. And we understand this, because it is counterintuitive to being in a human body.

You must understand that as you are allowing us to guide you and letting go of your sense of gravity, we shall help you to understand the new gravitational fields upon the Earth, for they are quite different. You have the capacity to—in your words—levitate, or to shift, to follow your body, to follow your intention. You have long known that you shall be moving in a hovercraft. We have given you this image so that you can begin to understand the anti-gravitational field that awaits you, and you shall understand this in your own awareness.

And we say to you—speaking to all of us here—that you are being prepared. You are to listen. You are to listen to your inner voice, your inner knowing. You are to let go of your troubles. If you find that your mind is troubled with worldly events that are happening in present moment, be willing and courageous to allow that to move far away, because it is no longer of concern. You are a forerunner to what is occurring on your planet.

And there are many, many other star groups that are in this place as well. We are attempting to rebalance and refocus the Earth’s stratosphere into a very different state of awareness. We say: as you are recognizing and as you are creating, know that all is quite well, you see.

CAROL: So that was a very intense, very focused light beam that had me laser-locked, if you will. My body was very centered around that core structure coming in. And it is an imprinting, if you will, of staying light and focused and aware of the signal—the incoming signal—that informs and begins to shift human consciousness toward a very different state of awareness.

And so as each of you recognizes this in your own way, I would like us to take a moment and simply be in that energy.

And I asked this guide, this energy: Who are you?

GUIDES: This being is saying: I am Melchizedek. I am the High Priest of Melchizedek. I am here to bring you to this place of awareness: that you too are servants, humble servants of the Order of Melchizedek. This is part of the Metatronic field—the Flashing Universe—where, as you align your light body with this frequency that I am, that you are, that we are as a collective consciousness, you shall enter into the Metatronic field, known as the Flashing Universe: the frequency bandwidth where manifestation is instantaneous.

CAROL: And so they are saying this is the reason they have not brought us into this activation phase until this moment, this bandwidth of timing—not time, but timing—because we were not ready. We were busy letting go of the polarities, the intensities. Many of us have been confused about love—about what love is, and how we are to be within our human tribe and still know who we are and what we are.

And so they are saying it has been a tug-of-war—an internal tug-of-war—for some of us, to a certain degree. Because with the purity of heart that we lead with, we still deeply care about others. And yet it has been a conceptual framework they have been working with us on for quite a long time, gently, gently leading us so that we would begin to let go and trust.

There is a point in which—they are showing me a child holding the hand of his or her father. And then at some point, the child trusts enough in the guidance of the father, understanding the love that the father has, that the child is willing to take the next hand—perhaps that of an older brother or sister.

And they are saying: This is part of the actualization of evolution in our service work as we are here upon the planet. Trust in this knowing. Trust as you take the leap.

GUIDES: They are saying: Once you take the leap, there is no going back—because you do not want to go back. You feel the difference. You feel what is, and what is becoming. You feel the heart energy—the heart coherency field—become so strong. And the awareness of what is before you, what is teaching you, healing you, guiding you, becomes more and more palpable as you take the hand and begin to transfer from one set of pretext of guidance into the new.

CAROL: It is like a membrane, or a layer. And some of us have been working diligently to break through the more confining aspects of this membrane, which is frequency. It is all about the frequency field, which comes with beliefs and perceptions and lessons and hardships and frustrations and sadness and drama.

And that is what they have been gently, gently leading us toward—to this point—not to kick the door closed, but to gently step in. To be in the new. To be in the awareness and allow yourselves to be loved and appreciated and guided by these higher-frequency beings.

GUIDES: They are saying: As you are recognizing in this awareness, the way forward shall be with ease and grace. And we are aware that many of you, around the edges of your life and living, are yearning—yearning for your puzzles, the rest of your puzzles, to be solved. We are aware of that. And we must help you to understand: you are not leaving. You are not leaving. You are not abandoning. You are not to be forlorn about your loved ones or the puzzles you are solving. Know that you will meet them again. It is merely a side road that they might take, so that you can go on and continue forward. For you are the forerunners, and you are the first wave of consciousness coming into this new way, this New Earth consciousness of oneness, that shall envelop all of humanity.

For humanity shall rise in oneness. And we promise you that you shall be reunited with all that you love and most care about. And you shall see the rejuvenation of your water sources upon this planet, and you shall witness in your lifetime the rebirthing of species of animals that had made their exit—that have been extinct for quite some time—come back and renew.

But is it that they have left? Or is it merely that you have ascended to where they are? For we say there is an enmeshment of angelic beings, light beings, and human beings here in this field of light, together.

And so we say: as you are recognizing and as you are creating and as you are growing, know that all is quite well, you see.

CAROL: I love the angelic beings. They are just so beautiful and so gentle and kind.

Some of us are being reminded that we must get our rest. We must rest in the knowing that we are loved and honored. And rest in the knowing that the souls who have left this planet through acts of violence exacted upon them shall come into a soul grouping that is deeply loved and cared for. There is an allegiance of beings on the other side that has received them, and shall continue to receive them. For they shall be the new children that shall come and be of service and be of the light—for they are light soldiers in this reality, by agreement.

GUIDES: And your beloved blue planet shall recover her resources. She shall be coming into that safety of awareness, for the light codes shall rejuvenate her as well. And so the fishes of the sea, the whales, and the dolphins shall be here and shall help you as you set intention and act as a unified field of light. For the entire world shall hear you, and they shall help you to bring forth that which is and that which is becoming. And you shall know where you shall be.

For the east shall indeed merge with the west, and the west shall merge with the north and the south. You are not to be concerned about the warring factions, for they shall cease and desist and merge in oneness, for they are not focused on children, nor are they focused on people. They are merely focused on spoils, like digging gold from the Earth to retrieve what war has wrought. And you are not to be concerned about that either, for there shall be no need for these spoils. Because where the Earth is going, and what is available to you now, shall be revealed to you. For the great innovators and seekers from the old have come here and are activated. And as the dust settles and the warring comes to a close—because no one shall win—you shall recognize that all that is needed is already here for you and for the entire species of humankind. There shall be no want. There shall be no haves and have-nots. There is abundance here for everyone.

We say that as you are recognizing and as you are creating and as you are growing: know that all is quite well, you see.

CAROL: So they are showing me just an incredible abundance of higher waveforms of frequency that support creativity. And they are saying that the artists, the musicians, the painters, the cultural creators are the next wave—the next Einsteins of the world, the next innovators of science and technology. For creativity, the sense of love and play, is what creates the new way forward.

GUIDES: And it shall not tax the Earth. It shall not grab from others. It shall not create deficit in the way that others shall know. In your daily life, you are to live in oneness. You are to live in the knowing that all is provided for.

For there shall be much in the way of grabbing and scarcity thrown into the mix of fear-mongering. But you are to remember that the new waveforms of light are already on the planet and already in play. You shall begin to see, as proof positive in your own awareness, that it shall be through the consciousness of the water that many shall come back to God consciousness, to oneness consciousness. And we shall be here with you. We shall be with you to guide you.

For we cannot be upon the Earth at this time with you. You must know this and understand that that is all the more reason for you to learn how to communicate, how to discern your path, how to discern from your direct knowing. For we are supplanting light seeds to light the way for your path. And it is most necessary for you to garner—to know the signs, to recognize—as you are creating and as you are growing and as you are fully orchestrating the changes that shall come your way.

It is indeed because you have seen the way forward. And for those of you who have prophetic visions into the future, we say to you that we are feeding light and feeding visions to you as well. And you are to share within the quiet of your heart, and to share that which is and that which is becoming, within the safety net of your star group.

We say that as you are recognizing in this manner: if indeed you find yourself coveting another’s gifts or contribution, you must check yourself, because that is part of the polarity that is leaving the planet in present moment. You are here to elevate, to amplify the light as you go.

We say that there shall be many that shall come to you, and you shall receive them with open arms and discernment. Discernment shall be quite an important skill set in the coming years. For until this waveform begins to be infused in all of humanity, the imposters among you shall be significant in their presence.

CAROL: They are showing me a clown showing up, pretending to be a serious person. It is not possible to take the clown seriously, and yet the clown itself may portend to be quite serious and earnest. In other words, they are saying the imposters among us shall be quite easy to spot—and we are not to judge them, but simply to appreciate their effort, to appreciate the fact that they are attempting to come into the awareness of the light. And yet no one can enter these higher-frequency fields through the doorway of the mind. They must come through the inner doorway of the heart. And it must be a purified heart at that.

For humility is the open doorway for this to occur. You cannot explain the stance of humility—you can discern it, you can feel it, you can sense it. And this does not mean that you shall not be proud or happy for your accomplishments. This is quite the day to be in celebration as you are innovating and singing and creating your way into the new reality.

But it shall not be without a humble heart that you understand the stream of consciousness that does indeed guide you. And again, we are here with you. We are not here to thwart you. We are here to help you, to support you, and to show you, through your frequency alignments, the way forward with ease and grace. And we say that all is quite well.

CAROL: So they are showing me geographically the points of light around the world that are lighting up. The north-south nodes, the magnetic lines, the ley lines—they are wide open. They are wide open. They are showing me all the work of many in our community and around the world who have traveled and lit up parts of the world—totally lit up. And they are saying: We have reached critical mass, and we are in a good way. These are not just isolated colonies, spotty in different places. We have reached critical mass.

GUIDES: They are saying: Just as it only takes one bad apple to spoil the lot, it only takes a few good apples to amplify the light, to build, to build a better grid.

CAROL: So there is a tremendous amount of appreciation and happiness and joyfulness—and I dare say, industriousness—on the other side, with these guides, these beautiful, joyful light beings, and with the inner Earth beings.

I was feeling as if I were being magnetized and pulled down into the galactic center to traverse through. I have always seen those light tunnels and known that they go through. I have not focused on that for some years, and yet they are saying: They are open. There is open and free commerce of star tribes coming in and out. More light ships are landing in the galactic center of the Earth. And you can imagine—there, they do not have to be cloaked. So they can come right on in and infuse the Earth and the light tunnels going all through the Earth with incredible high-frequency codes. It feels literally like a light show—all the veins of the inner Earth going up to the middle Earth, which is where we are. We are on the Earth’s surface, but they call this middle Earth. And then you have the upper worlds, which is the cosmos, the intergalactic terrain.

And so many of us who are feeling more and more comfortable with the inner Earth beings—there is so much there to help us remember what we have come here to realize, and the infusion of light they have to provide for us.

GUIDES: And they are saying: We have long been taught to fear systems or beings of the Earth. We have been taught terrible things to scare us away from becoming grounded and purposeful. They are aware that this is what incarnational trauma is about—to scare us so that we do not fully open that connection, so that we keep ourselves protected.

And they are saying: It is time to let go of all that. Simply step in and be the light. Be aware, and let us protect you. Let us uplift you and show you the way forward.

CAROL: And in these next few years, as we are in this time of embodying our sovereignty—in this great time of liberation—experiencing what it feels like for our spirit to be totally liberated, where we do not have to look over our shoulders and wonder what is out to thwart our efforts, it is quite the opposite: we are being guided and protected.

And again, as I said, we are part of the Order of Melchizedek, part of the Flashing Universe—as we stay fully aligned with our manifested desire and leave the fear and the doubt and the insecurity out of that bandwidth, the manifestation is instantaneous and tremendously joyful. And that is how we will know. That is how we are understanding and knowing our way forward—when we feel that tremendous sense of inner joy and peace.

So with that, I truly cannot recall in full what I have said, and I will leave it to perhaps another time. I will now invite all of us, if you will, to take a moment and sit in the knowing of this Order of Melchizedek.

And I will tell you—when I said that, what just happened is that a sword appeared, perhaps five inches wide, with the handle here at my shoulders and the blade going down into the galactic center. The handle is held by my guides, my higher-realm guides.

So I invite you to imagine that, if you will. If this is yours to receive—to be installed, if you will, or to remember—that you too are a light warrior, a light presence in the Order of Melchizedek. I invite you.

And again, I am hearing: Sofia, Sofia, Sofia, Sofia. Sofia. The harmonization of the higher realms into the physical aspects of life and living. They are saying: We are here to install your light, your pillar of light—that you are a being of light in form.

And again, if this is yours to do, then you will sense this energy. If it is not yours to do, then perhaps you can hold sacred space for those who are in this space right now, together.

I have had many different kinds of beings and ascended masters come and transfigure me over the years of service. And it is always such a great honor to receive their frequency—it is like a gift, and it helps me to have confidence in my ability to communicate and to see through their eyes.

So just take a moment. And now let us appreciate one another. Feel the field. Sense the field. You can imagine us in circle—someone on your left and someone on your right, arm in arm—and you are in sacred circle here with me, and I with you. Just feel the energy of the collective for a moment, with this beautiful Order of Melchizedek frequency amplifying within us as cosmic beings of light who have come here to live as sovereign, liberated beings and to welcome the new order into our lives, our communities, our families.

Now they are showing me the symbol of the Lotus of Life descending upon our circle. And this is the very first time I have ever seen it being combed through our entire bodies as a collective.

Each one of us has a node—the zero point in the center. And they are installing it as the New Earth grid of consciousness, as it combs through us—down through our feet, down into the core of the Earth, down into the galactic center.

They are saying: You are familiar with this energy. You have been preparing the way forward.

Let me say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. As I go to ground into the galactic center now, I feel I am going to be able to very, very easily ground, because of the Lotus of Life sacred geometry there. It feels very gentle and balanced and easy.

I want to thank you all for joining with me tonight. It is feeling very liquid-lightish to me here in my body—I kind of don’t want to come out of this. So as I say goodbye, and we wait for our transition at 8:15 to be in community with one another—for those who would like to join me—I am going to continue in silence and stay in meditation here to receive the fuller infusion of the light. And if you do not have anything to rush off to, I would invite you to stay in the field as well, to allow this frequency to fully integrate. And hopefully you will get a good night’s sleep tonight.

Morning Session #104: March 16, 2026 / Audio Transcript

CAROL: We've been talking about intentions and freedom and play and all of that, and how we both have experienced another shift. I feel like I sank deeper into myself, a deeper sense of peace last night into this morning. It's almost like the body released a layer of tension, if you will. And of course, my go-to with tension is always feeling responsible for or concerned about others.

So the question I would like to ask, or the field I'd like to set up this morning from the guides, is what is my highest expression in the way that I'm to create? Especially as Kazakhstan is there in my conscious awareness on the horizon. Is that the next big, big trip that we take, or is there something else? Are we to do that work energetically or in person? And what would be the purpose of doing the work in person if we went or to set the field up on the energetic level?

GUIDES: They're saying, yes.

CAROL: These are my personal guides here. I recognize their energy signature because they're, they're like inside me, not like inside my body, but inside my field. They are close to my internal field. I would describe it like a baby being swaddled in a soft blanket. They get very close. Close to me. And they are close to me now. And, having me feel very protected, almost compressed, like I am being swaddled in a soft blanket.

GUIDES: And they’re saying, we have been with you from time before time. We have been with you as you traverse the plains, the inner plains of your greater existence. And we have been with you when you decided, discerned, that you would come into this earthen plain and partake of this current energy, this current incarnation that you are calling earth plane consciousness.

We are with you now, and you are asking about your way forward, and we are saying to you that you must learn how to play. You are an innately joyful being of light. And yet you have adopted the patterns and the programs of caretaking, of responsibility of others, to ensure that others are feeling more comfortable in their own skin and their own reality.

And yet we say to you, it is time for you to mind your own business. You are to come into the reality of your life and how you are to create, and how you are to grow and expand into your greater sense of joyousness. We say also that we understand that it is quite confusing for parental guidance to be had here upon a higher plane of existence, as you are indeed a parent of an adult child that has yet to find her way among the thorns and the weeds of her own desire.

And yet we also say to you, my dear one, that you must indeed allow this soul to expand and grow and understand in her own awareness of her life and living. You cannot prevent the inevitable. For as long as you are here upon this planet, there shall be many who shall come and shall go in their way of creating. You must understand that as you are moving and doing the dance of light with others. There shall come a day, as you are creating, and as you are growing, and as you are orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, that we shall be here with you.

CAROL: I'm pausing because I feel my mother and my father's energy. And I'm feeling my father's energy and his consciousness of saying, let her grow, let her go, let her grow up as he would when he was in the physical. And at the same time he is also saying, pay attention. Pay attention. Take care of your own. And then there's my mother saying, uh, how do you say, take care? Take care of your own. But I can feel my mother's anger when she was still upon the planet, at her resentment of having to take care of others. And I feel like from an energetic standpoint, this is still ancestral energy that I'm tapping into, that I'm feeling that I am, indeed, to take care of my own. No matter what, if you will.

And what my guides are saying is simply to love, to love her, to love those in my family system. We have come in as a soul grouping to learn and to grow and to accentuate the changes coming our way.

GUIDES: They’re saying that as you are recognizing in this manner of beingness, is to know that all is well.

CAROL: So this is a real choice point for me to honor my mother and my father in the way that they imprinted this earth with their life expression and their deep love and care for family, and at the same time accept the fate of others making choices. And my guides, which are a higher vibrational imprinting of that which is simply love. Love her.

In this case, love her. Love. Love him. Love her. Love them. Love all beings everywhere. Without discretion. Without condition. Just simply love. Extend love to everyone and everything in this world. And it doesn't matter if this is a soul that I have birthed into form through me, or whether it is a person across the world that I have never met nor will I ever meet.

They're saying simply love.

And that is the role of any being of light that has come here for service, has come here to amplify the field of light, which is the higher consciousness field that exists and coexists upon this planet. And they're saying,

GUIDES: Do not allow any voices to be in your head that would tell you otherwise. Ignore the opinion makers because it is the manner of beingness in which one decides, and you are not to interfere with another's choice. This is quite true, and yet you are to love, to simply to love the other and the others unequivocally, without. Without, how do you say discretion? You simply are to love.

CAROL: They’re saying that, as I go and as I create, and as I fully orchestrate the changes that shall come my way, that I have indeed been directed in my awareness to these various parts of the world that represent the energetic grid that is shifting and morphing into a very different state of awareness. They're saying that you are to honor your heart, honor the soul level awareness that guides you, and to recognize that all as well.

Morning Session #102: March 13, 2026 / Posted March 16

CAROL: My whole body is buzzing, and inside of me I feel like there’s this crossover kind of energy of consciousness—energy I’m used to creating in a certain way. I was explaining that to the gals in our meeting yesterday: how to change course, a rhythm, and how you live, how you create, how you run your energy in terms of your schedule and your service. Speaking of myself, it becomes comfortable—even in the repetitive nature of it and the way that I use my brain. And so now I feel like this big steel ship, slowly but surely changing course, where the other part of me just wants to keep going because it’s easy, it’s simple. And yet the benefits—I’m saying to myself—are going to require me to be willing to step out of my comfort zone, to accept this new way, and to embrace it and to learn it. And as I’m finding out, even this morning, hearing from Suzette, there are bells and whistles and details that are not working. And others gave me that kind of feedback too.

So the questions I have, for myself, this morning are always about the greater cosmic energies—and at the same time, our family system is a microcosm of what’s happening in the world and the transformations that are occurring.

We’ve talked about this before—we’re very comfortable here. But at the same time, I feel like the house is kind of crowding in on our consciousness. It’s so comfortable. We’re sitting in a room of many, many things that we’ve collected over the years, and these things, on one hand, bring us comfort. Whenever we look at something, we remember who gave it to us or where we were.

And then, of course, [this morning] we get our video imaging from Eugenio, showing us where we were this past November in that incredible church—in the crypt in Madrid. And that, to me, when I looked at that, I could feel the energy of that all over again on the subtle level, because I have a physical imprinting of where that was and what I experienced in that moment. And yet he’s giving us an image of his moment.

And so I suppose that is probably one of the biggest questions I have right now, because of the seventeen light centers—the regions of the world—that inner guidance said we were to activate, or that would come online. I suppose this morning, I’d like to better understand that, because we are going to do a visioning session at some point soon. I noticed I usually do those sessions in April of the year. As ___ suggested yesterday, could we do it energetically? Could we activate those places energetically? And of course, we received an imprinting just this morning—because we were there, sitting in that cathedral, in the space that Eugenio revisited and showed us in the video.

We had a much more visceral reaction and experience of the image because we were physically there. We had sat in those very pews. So that’s my question—especially because somewhere like Kazakhstan is on the table, the Azores are on the table. So…

Oh my goodness. Big, big, big spike of energy there—saying, you know the answer to this already. Why are you asking?

Oh my goodness.

GUIDES: The experiences that you had when you were anchoring the ancient temple system into place—your energy systems were doing that work. We were working through you to anchor that light.

There is a requirement, if you will. We cannot interfere with the human condition. We cannot change your will. We cannot strike a chord to change the will of humanity. Humanity is required to pay attention—to do your best as an embodied one, to pay attention. But if you choose to be a stick in the mud—to use your phraseology—then that is of your choosing.

As you do indeed dig your heels in,

CAROL: They’re showing me a very vivid picture of a hog. A pig in the mud, in a pen in the mud. Growing up in a pen, in the mud. When it rains, the pig feels good to have the rain fall upon his back. But when it’s dry, and the mud is caked on its back, and its skin has a harder time breathing, the hog grows very uncomfortable and says, “Why, oh why am I here? I’m feeling uncomfortable, sweaty.” And yet when the farmer comes and continues to feed the hog, and it gets bigger and bigger, fatter and fatter, it recognizes that its reality is what it is.

And yet it could look out beyond the fence line and see that there are other animals beyond where its existence is, and recognize that there is a different way of being. And there’s something inside of it that stirs and says, “I must be able to remember how to do that also. I must use this big snout of mine—not just to smell and root through the trash they’re feeding me, but to find the roots among the trees in the forest, to hunt my own food, find my own food—and be free.” And yet the hog is just as comfortable where he is, because he has become accustomed to the way that he has been and is being fed. So he has the experience of the elements of nature, but he does not have the experience of freedom.

And so they are saying, this is how humanity is also. Humanity has been a controlled experiment, if you will. There has been a form of containment—putting people together, groups of people, by the irritations, by the feeding of trash into the mix of the pen, and watching to see how the people experience their lives. You must recognize that the outcome of that is a frenetic sense of fear. For the hog, it is slaughter; but for humanity, it is the freneticism of fear that is the goal.

GUIDES: And yet we are not allowed to interfere with this grand experiment, because indeed there are other star tribes here upon the planet that have indeed interfered with this very natural evolution of the human race. And even though you are in a kind of quarantine in the present moment, the interference has been removed. We have told you before that what stays here, in terms of the embodied ones, plays out here without interference.

And so when it is that you extricate yourself and decide that you indeed wish to be free—when you break out of the pen, you’ll leave the muck and the mire behind, and brave it out into the wilderness—there is a part of you that is afraid, and you wish to go back into the comfort of the slop, of the mud and the garbage being fed to you, because you have ancient memories that need to be exorcised.

As you feel your freedom, as you experience your freedom, you are to no longer be an armchair warrior. You are to get out of the slop, out of the pen, and begin to make your way out into the world—if you so choose.

If you so choose.

There are many who shall tell you that it is not okay to get outside of the pen, because you will lose your capacity to fill your stomach. And yet we say to you that as you are recognizing and reclaiming your freedom—your memory, the ancient memories of your instinctual nature, your star nature—they shall re-activate. It is merely that you have been asleep and in a lethargic state for quite a long time.

We are speaking to you metaphorically. This is quite true. And yet it is the same: as you do indeed activate your higher consciousness—that of the cosmos—and begin to recognize that it is quite a human desire to be fed, to be complacent, to be a pig in a pen, and happy, to partake only of what is given to you by your controllers—we say that it is nearly impossible for a human to recognize the matrix in which they exist. As you step out and release the illusionary nature of your current-day existence, we are saying to you now that as we are helping you to set intention for your liberation as a sovereign being—and to liberate your human spirit right along with your cosmic nature—all is quite well, you see.

CAROL: So they are saying that you know of many, many places in the world, and you are guided, and these are all places that you have been before. These are the places your brethren have been before. As you are creating and growing and fully accepting that which is and that which is becoming, know that all is truly well. Know that as you are fully orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, to be fearless in your endeavor. Be fearless as you go and as you see.

They are saying:

GUIDES: Because of your awareness of being here upon this land, you are quite comfortable. And yet your desire to create, to manifest, is slowing down. It is softening because you are beginning to relax into the comfort of sameness, into the comfort of familiarity. And they are saying this is a part of human nature—and yet it is unbecoming of a spiritual warrior. You must understand that your nature is that of adventure. Your nature is that of a Skywalker, or that of a Wanderer. You must understand that these two things do not have to be mutually exclusive. They can indeed be one and the same.

GUIDES: As you recognize this manner of being, know that all is quite well, you see.

CAROL: So they are saying that it is easy to be an armchair adventurer, because we have these modern-day devices in front of us—we can see what is happening in other countries and around the world, the conflicts, the beauty, the harmony that exists. We can look at a flat image on a two-dimensional page in a book and understand the world from a certain perspective. But we cannot truly understand the world until we are physically, emotionally, and mentally experiencing the world—including the fear of meeting someone who speaks a different language than you, with whom we may not immediately commune or understand.

They are saying,

GUIDES: It is nonsensical because your heart speaks volumes when you are in the energetic space of wherever you are. We have been taught to be afraid of one another, to be afraid of differences, to stay away from anything we perceive as bringing harm to us. They are saying this is all programming. As you recognize this manner of beingness, know that all is quite well, you see.

CAROL: So they are speaking about the cartels—how those individuals have turned away from the light and have instead embodied the darkness. And yet they are saying: you are light. You are that of light. As you set your intention to continue to amplify light wherever you go, you must understand that you are indeed amplifying light, and the darkness cannot overtake you as you amplify light. They are saying:

GUIDES: We are not asking you to walk into the den of the spiders, of the black widows. Your senses are to pay attention. You would never put your hand in the middle of a black widow’s web knowingly, because you understand the danger of that—and you, frankly, would be interfering with that form of creation. And yet you go where there is light, and you go where you are guided. As you recognize this manner of being, know that all is truly well.

CAROL: It is a very different viewpoint from your star elders, because they see the bigger, bigger picture—they see where upon the planet there is darkness and density. And so it is by an incarnational choosing, before you enter this world, that you choose to be in those places.

So they are saying:

GUIDES: by the rite of passage, you are here in this configuration—halfway between Washington, D.C. and Richmond—bridging the old and the power dynamic of the new, which is the power center of the Western world. You are holding sacred space. You are holding the polarity of both dynamics: that of oppression, centered in what was the Confederate capital of Richmond not that long ago, and the power dynamics of oppression and control of the patriarchy just sixty miles north of you. And then, of course, you have the east-west gateways—going to the west, which you have traveled constantly over the years because that is where you were raised and where family lives; and to the east, you have now bridged the gap, which is Europe.

CAROL: So we have established that, and we are working on balancing and harmonizing the polarities within ourselves—because as a soul we have decided this is our place, right here. And our place, as individuals and as a couple, is about the amplification of that higher waveform of light. So it is fascinating that both of us have been in these little cocoon places, saying, “But who are we and what are we? Let’s just stay in our little cocooning place and do our best and stay right here, right here, right here.”

And they are saying:

GUIDES: You have a perception that if you do that, you will be crushed. But you came here for this. You came for the amplification. So why are you hesitating?

You keep looking to go someplace else, but they are saying: Just amplify. And now they are overlaying the image of the pig in the mud, eating the trash inside the fence—when you are in the middle of a glorious pasture and forest and someone left the side gate unlocked long ago.

CAROL: But because we are so accustomed to your finite environment, we do not even have the curiosity to discover that the side gate is indeed unlocked. We will go up to the gate. We will sniff it. We will go around it. We will put the big snout under the fence to see what might be on the other side—but we never push on the gate to recognize that there is a whole world out there that we can see with our eyes but have yet to experience within us.

And they are telling me:

GUIDES: hat is why I am vibrating with a sense of nervousness. “Am I doing it right? Have I gotten this right?” And I think it is all about the technology. They are saying: it is not about the technology. It is about you pushing, like the pig, on the gate. You have now recognized that the side gate is open.

Whoa. What would that be—if you leave this environment and allow yourself to go and explore what is outside the gate? And they are saying:

Do you not recognize that the gate is always going to be open? You can always come back into the slop and the mud and the trash-eating if you want to—but why would you, when you can let yourself out to explore the world in a bigger way and return to your natural state of living as a liberated spirit, exercising your sovereignty?

CAROL: And so they are saying: my mind has been conditioned to create a certain way.

GUIDES: You have been obedient, and you have trained yourself to be of service to others. They are saying: but you missed the part about being in service to yourself—to liberate your own spirit. You help others to liberate their spirits, but you have forgotten to liberate your own. So you have wishful thinking, and you have watched as others have done this and that, and you are guiding them—but you are not doing it yourself.

CAROL: And it reminds me, I’ll go back to one of my very earliest memories—as a toddler, hearing the visiting going on outside the room where I was held in a crib. And obviously, I was old enough to climb up over the bars of that crib and slide down and crawl. But it was a sneaky crawl. A crawl of: “I don’t know if this is right for me to do, but… why should I stay here when others are out there?” Even to the point of hiding myself behind a chair to see what was going on—and then, bravely, at some point, allowing myself to be seen. Like, “I think it’s actually okay. I might get in trouble, but I want to be a part of this.”

And I feel like, on the adult level, I’m still doing that. I’m at the point of that earliest experience—getting out from behind the chair and allowing myself to be acknowledged by the others in the room. That I actually am here. And I do want to be a part of it. But I’m waiting for someone to acknowledge me and to invite me in. And they are saying:

GUIDES: That is not necessary. That’s not necessary. You do not need to wait.

CAROL: And so the internal nervousness and frustration I am feeling about learning this new technology is the equivalent of exactly that. I am fighting—internally fighting myself. That is literally where I am right now.

Even as I declare I’m changing my way of creating, I’m still tripping myself up. And the learning curve, not getting it quite right technologically, is my version of: Is it okay? Is it okay?
