Birthed into the New

MS #100: Releasing the Old to Receive What's Coming

NOTE: The guides speak on the planetary upshift, the magnetic pull toward something new, and the inner work of breaking through our programmed limitations to step into a greater version of ourselves.

MORNING SESSION #100: March 9, 2026

CAROL: I feel like my body has gotten a deep, deep rest — a deep breath reset. It feels like it’s sorted itself out on the cellular level. Yesterday, or last night, I was just reading about Sophia, the divine masculine/feminine, and the guides talk about that as being polarity — that there are certain places on the earth where it’s more or less so. The polarities of the earth reset themselves, rebalance themselves. And that’s what I was looking at, strategy-wise, moving forward: what areas of the world am I to focus on? Of course, I can’t imagine suddenly becoming a nomad, moving all around. We’ll see. Anyway. So I’m not really sure what I’m asking. I’m acknowledging the reset, and I am feeling like I’m to step into something. I have a desire, but I haven’t stepped into it yet. What is it?

They’re saying that I am discerning the new energy, the new frequencies of the earth. It’s actually not the earth per se — it’s the atmospheric shift that’s happening in consciousness. The frequencies of this planetary system are upshifting in such a dramatic way that the old ways of thinking, doing, and relating are changing, and each of us is being called into that upshift dynamic. It’s like entering into a vortex, a funnel, and being magnetically pulled in a direction, even as our attention is elsewhere — on the old, on the old patterning that we have been engaged in all this time. And yet it’s like a shadow of itself.

The energy of the container within which we have been creating is shifting, and the frequencies that used to excite us and propel us forward — that felt like we were onto something wonderful — are no longer holding our attention. We’re no longer attracted to those frequencies because something new has entered into the unified field, and we’re feeling it, we’re sensing it. And that’s what’s drawing us into a magnetic vortex, or pull, toward something new. They’re saying it’s a newer form of creation — it’s much more free-form. The telekinetic and telepathic way of communicating and discerning is upon us now. Words are very inadequate for the way that we sense and see what is.

They’re saying the land itself is not the issue. The land is part of the natural world, obviously. But it’s the structures that we have created upon the land that no longer hold our attention. We perceive that we want something new. We want a change. We want to shift into something very different. And that’s what our friend has done. She said, “This place, and this way that I had been creating — now I know it no longer holds my attention. There’s nothing wrong with it, but this place over here, that I’ve never been before, and to live simply on the land, even in someone else’s furnished home for a while — that is more attuned to attracting me.” And she is experiencing more excitement, more promise, more optimism. And yet she doesn’t know what she’s there to create either.

She just knows that she feels better there — lighter, brighter, more excited, experiencing the new. And it’s new for her. It’s not new for the people who live there. Perhaps they would trade places with her, for instance.

But what’s happening is the heaviness that we feel is about responsibility — about letting go of the responsibility that we might have for any other living thing, knowing that we’re like — they’re showing me minnows in a pond — we’re all experiencing the richness of life and in flow mode without any constraints. And yet, if you pan back from this scene, from the minnows, you see that they are in a pond, a finite pond, and perhaps there’s a trickle flowing down into a stream or a river. But from their experience, they’re experiencing being birthed into a new form, and it’s the same for us — we are being birthed into a new form as well.

As we interpret this new form, there’s a part of us that has been creating in the way that we have been: this life, this house, this land, this town, this region — it shows us a sameness. There’s a rhythm in terms of the seasons, one season after the other, so it feels like sameness. But in reality, everything is shifting, everything is changing. And because we feel that sameness, we’re looking for something we perceive as not here. So we’re looking for a shift, we’re looking for a change, and we can’t get to it as long as we are here because our mind is looking for that newness, that something — the shiny penny that is new to us.

They’re saying, be aware: all shiny pennies eventually get dull. Also, it’s a matter of the frequency we are experiencing. And so they’re saying, “this is why you shift, this is why you change, this is why you create, this is why you are experiencing a trail of complexity — because you’re still looking at that complexity as though it’s present moment, when it is not. It’s what you have created from before, and you’re in new territory now. So you keep moving toward what you desire to experience without a sense of responsibility or duty to remain in the same territory. Honor yourself in the way that you create any container. Let that container hold the higher frequency while having no responsibility to maintain the older, been-there-done-that kind of frequency.”

They’re saying that as we recognize this, it’s like writing a book. I have books on the shelf in our library that were written twenty or thirty years ago, and they bring me comfort when I look up at them, but I never crack them open. It’s only when someone comes along and says, “Oh, have you read such-and-such book?” — and this happened on Saturday morning in a session.

“Oh, have you read The Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East?” And I’m saying, “Yes, I have — so-and-so told me about the book, and so I started reading it.” So exciting. And my husband’s reading it, and I’m saying to myself, “Oh, yes — I’m the one who told that person about the book, who is reading it, who is now telling this person.” And so that’s how energy works.

Even though something can be written or created a long time ago, it doesn’t mean that it’s really old. It’s only old to the person who has already experienced the work. And then when someone new brings it up, you go back and remember how excited you were to have first discovered that work or that new concept. You’ve grown past it now, so you’re simply appreciative that someone else has also discovered it — but you don’t want to go back and read the thing all over again. At least I don’t. I want to go in and discover something new, on the frontier of consciousness. And so you and I both are looking for that frontier feeling again, rather than revisiting our current library of knowledge that we’ve already experienced. We want something new, but we don’t know what the new is yet. And so the caution is: to start moving around just to move, just to wander — that’s not going to bring fulfillment. The fulfillment comes when you are inwardly prompted.

They’re saying we have not been inwardly prompted because it’s not time yet. Our body, mind, and spirit — we are reconstituting these adamantine particles of consciousness within us, and we’re being filled with frequency that is going to propel us forward, while at the same time our bodies are repairing and shifting out of the old. So in a way, we’re attempting to shift out of the old while sitting right here in the current container that we have created many, many times over.

Now I’m thinking of all the times — for what, eight, ten years — that people came to our house every single month for LTMs [group sessions led by Spirit called Living the Miracle, transformational experiences]. That just filled our world. We lived and breathed what was happening. It was so exciting to be taught all these different things and to experience these synergies. But I do remember, sometime around 2014, after the guides said, “Keep going, keep going” — those same LTM experiences didn’t hold my attention anymore. I started to feel tired, like, “Okay, this is the end of a cycle. But it’s been so exhilarating — in the learning, why would I give this up? Why would I close the door to this?” Well, it was because I could feel that I was complete with it. It didn’t matter whether someone else felt complete with it — they were going on to other things as well. The early listeners recognized that it was time to move on, and yet we all stayed connected.

We’re all still connected to that experience. We’ve gone on and remixed how we work, and the foundation of how we work is the same, or similar. And so we’re looking for the next way forward — or asking: is it that way at all?

We’re starting to ask that question. Maybe it’s more of a smaller, solo, or partnered journey rather than the large collective group journey. I feel like when we finished our last retreat in early November, that was a culmination event. I could feel that we finally achieved that incredible sense of oneness as a collective, and that’s in the field now. You can never take that away because it’s there. So do we keep going back and attempting to recreate that feeling in the next things that we do? Well, it’s like any creation — you’re never going to be able to duplicate it, nor would you want to. So open ourselves up, stay open for that next possibility.

And so I asked: is it a matter of practicing patience, or are there elements missing from this equation? Do we need to de-stress our bodies? They’re saying “yes — de-stress your body.” Declutter our space? They’re saying: “only if you want to. Do you like your surroundings the way they are, or do you want them to be different? It’s like a change of seasons — how do you wish to experience your space?”

[Referring our masterbath rehab project] That’s why we’re having so much fun with this space: because you’ve broken it down to the walls and we’re imagining a new configuration in there. A variation on the same theme.

They’re saying the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence — that’s human nature. Human nature perceives that something is better on the other side, and that’s part of the human condition: to always strive. It’s the survival nature at work. And they’re saying the light-being aspect of self is recognizing that the patterning has shifted, and simply to honor — honor the shift, honor that which is.

What we both have under our belt is the prosperity piece. We don’t feel prosperous. We feel like we have limitations on us. We haven’t shed that skin yet. We have imaginings of what we desire, but we allow our programmed limitation to keep us held in a certain energetic positioning. And that’s where the tension is right now. We haven’t let go of the old way in order to expand into the new way because of our programming.

They’re saying that is actually our inner work: to shed the skin of our perception of ourselves — of what we’re capable of, and what stops us internally when we go to expand into a greater version of ourselves. The overwhelm that happens is real because of our programming, and I can feel that within myself. So the question is: how do we break through the programming?

MARK: That’s a great question.

CAROL: They’re saying: accept the inspiration, the inner guidance, and take it literally. [feeling the intensity of the light of recognition] That’s a big spike in my body.
