NOTE: This Morning Session follows a Council Check-in call I facilitated on February 22nd, where the theme of the guidance is very similar to the information that flowed forth today, just two days later. It seems that the Guides are still speaking to me, personally, while also addressing the Light Workers, Grid workers, Healers, Seers, and Teachers about the desire to serve while also being human. They are preparing us to make choices that more fully honor the path of the soul for aligning with the new way forward.
MORNING SESSION #97: February 23, 2026 / Posted February 26
CAROL: They’re showing me the Azores. I received the name “Azores” and the pyramid — the underwater pyramid — coming in.
They’re saying, “We understand your desire to play, to play, to play, to play. And we understand that it is of your choosing to play at this time of your life on planet Earth. You have worked hard. You have been very diligent with your service and with maintaining your focus on what shall be. And yet we have also noted your reluctance to be of service. Your heart desires to be of service, and yet your mind — your humanness — wants to stay hidden and out of the way, so that you can be like a chameleon and harmonize with the various factions of your human family. This we understand. And yet this is not your highest expression, as you say. This is merely a camouflaging technique that you have employed over time: to stay silent and simply to witness the behavior of others. The tendency to want to hide away, while at the same time having a strong inner voice and inner leaning to speak, to share, to intend truth in the way that consciousness is flowing through you.
We are saying to you now, my dear ones, that as you shall recognize, as you shall create, and as you shall fully orchestrate the changes that shall come your way, you cannot hide while at the same time telling others, sharing with others, and motivating others to speak their truth.”
These two dynamics, while simultaneously occurring in your life, are not copacetic. They are not in balance and harmony. They are not in alignment with your heart path. We are saying to you now that as you are recognizing, as you are creating, and as you are growing in this manner, it is most important that you let go of the last vestiges of self-containment. This is not akin to self-control by any measure of awareness. Self-containment is merely that you are at odds within yourself — deciding, discerning how human versus how aware you are as a being of light.
And we are saying that you must understand that no matter whether you are practicing containment or not, people know you. They see you for who and what you are. So why cause consternation, regret, or contraction in your body this way? Merely allow. Allow that which is and that which is becoming. You need not concern yourself with those who are wishing access to the information and the vibrational frequencies that flow through you. You are merely to play. You are to serve in the way that truly sets your heart free. And we have said also that as you are recognizing and as you are creating in this manner, know that all is quite well.”
You see, as you are moving forward and as you are traversing the inner planes of consciousness, and as indeed we are moving you as a collective force of light into a very different sector of the intergalactic universe — upon all universes — we say also that you are to remember who and what you are. As you are creating and as you are growing, know that all is quite well.”
You see —
CAROL: Wow, my whole throat area — it’s like it’s intensified, like I’m trying to take a breath, being out of air, winded from climbing a high mountain or running a marathon, trying to get more air into my lungs. And what they’re saying is that the atmospheric conditions are shifting radically. Those who are acquiescing and opening to their soul path through their heart center are the ones in that space of awareness where oneness is the prevailing harmonization of human consciousness. That is where the spontaneity of healing and restitution of the human spirit emanates from.
They’re saying that as we are recognizing this reality and this way of being, the way forward shall be attained. The openings will occur through the heart of hearts. We are not to be concerned with the choices of others. They’re saying, “We have spoken this to you on many, many occasions: to love openly and to love without condition of anything happening this way or that way is your highest soul’s expression here upon the planet.
GUIDES: It opens up the inner pathways for you to see, to hear, to feel, and to better understand your life here on planet Earth. We are saying that as you are recognizing, as you are creating, as you are growing, and as you are fully orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, you shall recognize: all is quite well.”
CAROL: I just internally asked about that misty kind of energy — the alluring energy that comes around us. We notice that it’s there, and we notice that it’s off, that it carries less than honorable intention. But it’s sneaky. It’s an energy that appears to be comforting, but it is not comforting. It appears to be light when it’s actually dark and dense. This is about the discernment piece. And they’re saying that everyone who is moving through these various frequency bandwidths is experiencing this. And in the nanosecond of making a choice — of recognizing the dynamics of what is, what is to become, and what shall be — is making the choice to quickly release out of those frequencies, not to allow our energy bodies to be infiltrated by them. And for those who have become consumed by those frequencies, our desire to save them or help them is best expressed by purifying our own light body, allowing the choice to be made and the opportunity for love and honor to be restored in the way that each soul discerns and decides.
They’re saying that as we are recognizing this, the play of Maya upon this planet is being unwound. The dark forces that have been the controller types on this planet have indeed lost their grip on the most innocent among us, and we are recognizing that the neural pathways of humanity must be in the vein of selflessness and compassion. The awareness of the higher dynamics of tribalism is to be honored, for sure. And yet, at the same time, honoring others as beings of light — as you recognize one another — is paramount for the inner passageways to be traversed. They’re saying that as you are moving forward, the ancient Atlantean temples are being unveiled and allowed to be discovered. The control grids that were obliterated during the time of the great passageways — from the time of the great sea creatures elevated into the higher realms in service to humanity — they are returning now with higher intelligence and wisdom to share. You are to recognize that as you are creating, as you are growing, and as you are fully orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, you shall recognize: all is quite well.
CAROL: This goes back to the sharing in the council call about technologies being revealed, because the frequency on the planet is upshifting. It’s as though the cover of darkness — density, unknowingness — is dissipating now, so that we are ready to see and ready to understand without any kind of fear vibration around any of this. This is the dawning of the new era. This is the time to be alive and well on planet Earth: to witness the incredible changes and foresight that the great seers from thousands of years ago foresaw when they were looking into our future. This is the timeframe they saw — when everything was going to shift en masse, all at once, all of a sudden, for all people everywhere on the planet. So this is not the time to fall into archetypal martyrdom or victimhood. Leave all of that behind. Even the role of hero or warrior — be very still inside, so that we can each arise to our own occasion. Joy is the vibration of the new Earth. Make your choices from that place. To me, joy is akin to a deep sense of inner peace.
MARK: Did you understand what they were talking about at the beginning — about play and your voice? It seemed like they were putting those two things together.
CAROL: Yes. My sense of play is sharing what I’m being given or gifted with from the higher realms, from the Divine. I love traversing, learning, and understanding from higher-realm beings. And yet they’re saying that when I’m around certain people — or when I try to stay hidden or away from the public at large, or even from the people around me, like family members — I just shut that down. I keep my own counsel.
