Thank you for this. I appreciate the message that the antagonists would wish to "scare us out of our bodies". And so it seems to me that our task is to anchor the light here, in our bodies. Said another way, to spiritualize matter, as Jesus did. So to aim to transcend, then seems like trying to escape? Or when you speak of transcendance do you mean to transcend our lower/animal/ego nature? Calming the central nervous system and clearing trauma patterns stored there would be one place to start maybe.

Yes. Thank you for your comment and question. It’s curious that this morning’s session addressed that very question. I look forward to sharing it with you soon. My understanding of Transcendence is to anchor more Light into for, and as we do so, amplify those higher frequencies in all that we are and all that we do.
